I strongly suggest you stay away from this company; they do not care about their tenants nor their properties. They charge you for their own mistakes, then harass you over it. When I moved out last week, I hired someone to help clean the house and I left the house cleaner than when I moved in (which was during COVID, so no inspections were done by section 8). They failed a housing inspection by not making necessary repairs and housing required me to move. After moving out I was told that they are keeping the deposit, plus filling small claims for more.Predatory, and extremely unprofessional, from the Owner/ Broker Cindy, to the family-owned company that does the maintenance, one who actually yelled and got in my face threatening me.

They will miss lead you and with hold information about their rental properties. I am a single mother who explained to multiple staff members I was interested in a property because of the back yard, it was specifically marketed for its big back yard. I requested the lease contract a week prior to my expected move in. The lease looked edited to say no swimming pools or trampolines. Not one staff members warned me of this prior to taking my deposit. I explained I was excited to have those things when seeing the property. I also requested a two year lease. I was told no because "if you are an unfavorable tenant we wouldn't want to be stuck with you"! I requested my deposit back and no one from their office will respond to my emails. The person you talk to when you call their office isn't in the office and has no knowledge about anything. Save your time and money!
