They provide nice spaces for leisure scrolling on the internet, or OG-style, flipping through the pages of books and magazines. There are dedicated study areas with white boards, open desk areas, public-use computers, a meeting room with a boardroom styled table for presentations or larger tutoring groups. Comfy chairs throughout. Go explore the kids zone if you have tots to keep engaged while older sibling is studying in the teen section. Hosting a party? They also offer a large room available to reserve for celebrations. Have I touched on everything? Nope. Snack machine near the facilities. Reserve your materials online if you're a Pioneer Library consumer (just sign up) and get notified when they're ready for pickup. It's located next to one of MNT campuses on South Penn in Okc. Highly recommend!

A wonderful place to study. I seriously enjoy it. The employees are very nice. Lots of parking spots and always a spot somewhere in the library to study quietly. My favorite of such nooks would be one of the two private study rooms. They are very comfortable, each has their own white boards. They are everyone's favorite place to study, so you better come early to get one! Race ya!

This is a great library. Only about 2 years old and lots of perks like free programs for all ages, free computers, and my favorite is the DVD rentals in the 747 box. Works like redbox, with a 7 day rental, but it's FREE. Has lots of current DVDs to rent too. Has 2 private study rooms but be warned...dress warmly for those rooms because the AC is on FRIGID in there!

Ample parking, free membership, spotless library including restrooms, healthy snack and drink vending machines, modern soundproof study rooms, desk and seating areas, soft furniture areas, great children's area with computers and toys and books and a family restroom. Very modern DIY scan and check out books, drive through drop off for books, outdoor seating area, just an all around really impressive, modern, comfortable, and efficient library. Lots of classes for children and adults in all sorts of reading, arts n crafts, and informative subjects! Online pass for all sorts of research and entertainment reading as well if you want to stay home!

I think it is so amazing when things are free. Okay, maybe my tax dollars pay for it or yours do, but whatever. Now that I am no longer associated with a university (although I hope I will be again soon!) and have so many school loans, I can't just go to campus to check books out or buy them from Amazon (sorry, Amazon - I loved you whilst I could. My personal library shelves are feeling cold and empty tonight). There is a good selection of adult non-fiction for my academic pursuits, plus you can have books sent here from other libraries in the system. The building is really new and beautiful with lots of natural sunlight coming in from all the windows. The people who work there are all really helpful (I guess you would call them librarians. . . ), and it actually is not as cold as I thought it was going to be. They have bike racks outside (now if only SW OKC would put in some sidewalks) and also chairs outside too, so you can read in the shade. I would def. recommend getting a membership here.
