Luke Lewis and Southwest Builders did an absolutely amazing job on our bathroom remodel. We had the bathroom taken down to the studs and completely redone. Every single person Southwest Builders used from plumbing to electric to paint and drywall were extremely professional and did quality work. Luke and Southwest Builders worked efficiently to get the bathroom complete and kept us informed every step of the way. Our home is so important to us, and I am so glad I trusted Southwest Builders to remodel our bathroom. They did it the right way, no cutting corners and they are proud to stand behind their work. The pricing is competitive, but the solid work is the most important. I wouldn't dream of using anyone else besides Luke and Southwest Builders for any project. You have a customer for life with us! If you want quality work with trustworthy and good people-you need to give Luke and Southwest Builders a call.

Mr Dale P of Southwest Builders is correct. I personally have not done business with eitherCompany that I reviewed, but what he forgot to mention is that my sun room was built bySouthwest Builders for the home owner we bought our home from. That is why I went to Southwest Builders first. I accepted that it was out of warranty, no problem. But my sunroom had a water leak and I just wanted to get it fixed. And the fact is that I was toldthree times that someone would call me to set up an appointment to look at my room andthat call never came. The other Company finally called back and was kind enough to comeout and help take care of the problem, so kudos to them!

I had a patio cover installed today. The guys who came out were very nice and professional. They did a great job. They were punctual and did exactly what was stated. Also got a better price than some places I checked out. will know more on durability of product later but so far so good.

Spent 70000 dollars with them on an add on and remodel. Within 5 years, I had a leak at the site of a dryer roof vent. I also had a failed electrical exhaust vent. Two minor problems they could have warranteed at least a few hours labor to fix or install replacements. They offered to send roofers out but at my cost, no allowances. It took 3 days of repeated attempts to get them to call back to get a" not our problem" answer. Needless to say if you have a project, don't use them!

Hired SW Builders to do a home remodel for us in Edmond, OK. First off, they used illegals to do the roof (we asked the workers if they were legal to be in the US and they said no) which is illegal. Their work was substandard and they had to do some things multiple times to get it right. They damaged our gutters so badly they had to be replaced. They talk a great talk but don't be fooled. There is NO quality at all. They slap stuff together with no attention to detail. We had a tray ceiling build in the master bedroom. You could see the tray ceiling was crooked from across the room. They had to do it over 3 times to get it right. They put in a wall and mismeasured and had to tear it out and do it over again. They damaged woodwork so badly around doors that now the door trim must be replaced. Their painters slopped paint on the trim and wood that now we will have to replace. The workers wouldn't show up for days and even weeks at a time. They dumped trash all over the yard and dumped left-over concrete by the side of the house and on the grass by our backyard pond. The drywall/tape/texture guy left exposed drywall fabric on the walls and didn't even texture over it. Their cabinet guy did such a poor job on installation that we have to have some of it replaced and repaired. They are so desperate for good reviews that Dave Agee who is their salesman/contractor reviewed himself! Check it out! We have pictures and documentation of everything. We will be suing.

Stay clear of this Company! Said they would call three times and never did! These people don't care about customers, that is for sure!!

The company moved fast to get me an extra room (sun room) overall pleased with everything but the room is made out of panels that slide together and they expand and contract and make a BANG! The metal roof also expands and contracts. I wish I would have known this before I had it put in. It's the only complaint I have.

I am so disappointed in the workmanship of the interior of my remodel. The hammer dings in the trim and the shelves they put in my closet was done by the rough in carpenter and were not sanded at all now they are trying to cover it up with paint. The painted walls are glossy looking in some spots and flat in others. They keep telling me I will love it when they are done but I have doubts they can make that happen. Besides I can't get them back to finish it. It has been 4 months since they told me to get a hotel room while they do the interior. If I would have taken that advice it would have cost me a fortune. I just want to move back in since they started in February. On the bright side the exterior looks good.
