What can I say I love this airline! I had a short notice business trip and it worked out as planned. No need to upgrade to the A group since this was a short flight to Austin. They were no delays so and on time departure and actually the flight arrived early. Of course the airline staff is always courteous and helpful. The return trip the next day was just as smooth. Whether it's for business or leisure this is my go to airline!

Did you know the time posted for flights are wheels up time not be in line time, or youll be waiving bye bye to the rest of us. Also no saving seats the rule is no saving seats and getting caught can resault in you sitting outside, and some people will point you out to the flight crew

Our flight got delayed three times and then was finally cancelled during our layover in OKC. The Southwest staff at this airport did its best to accommodate us and all the angry people they were dealing with. The agent that helped our big party of 10 was sooooo patient and nice and she was able to assist us in a timely manner. We were each given hotel accommodation's, shuttle service, and a $300 flight voucher from the airlines.I needed additional assistance and even the customer service rep over the phone was super helpful and friendly. Thank you Southwest!

Pros: Free luggage check in and carry on. Free beverage on the plane. Let's families, military board first. Cons: I got stranded in OKC with no way to get home with a family non-revenue pass. Southwest did nothing to help me. Do NOT fly standby out of Will Roger's Airport: You may get stranded! Overall score: F

Flying Southwest out of OKC is always an easy experience. I haven't had any sort of hassle whatsoever, even when I had ticket issues or just general questions. The Southwest employees are super friendly and helpful: from the baggage dropoff to the flight attendants, they are always so helpful and genuine. I've had to fly other lines and was super annoyed with the experience. With Southwest, I have virtually no issues and whatever issues I do have, Southwest makes it right. Plain and simple.

If I had the option of flying with Southwest out of Oklahoma or sh$&ing in my hand and jumping off a building, I'd be staring at my hand on top the Devon Tower for at least a good five minutes. Serious consideration. Second time they showed their utter incompetency. Three of us are flying. They cancel all of us and only move one of us to another flight. Tell us there are no more flights. This is after they take our luggage and send it to Columbus. Outraged, we get in the horn, and like magic, they get us on another flight. This seems to be an Oklahoma Southwest thing. Not a lot of hustle, lot of incompetency.

We got stranded in a foreign country with zero money thanks to Southwest. I had to book four different flights before they would finally honor the "confirmation" they emailed me. Not once did I get an email or a text telling me I didn't actually have a flight. The first three bookings were cancelled for reasons still unclear to me, but the money was taken out of my account. Because of this, we spent 16 hours in two days waiting in lines, only to have to spend the night on the concrete floor because we no longer had money for an uber or a hotel. First, I have a two-year-old, DON'T EXPECT ANYONE TO HELP YOU. My flight was delayed 3 times for over 4 hours, We were boarded and then had to get off the first plane right after my child fell asleep after we were loaded up. I was required to wake my 2 year old after 20 min because the plane was not in working order. So he got a 20 min nap. When I finally arrived (4 hours late) my stroller was not there and my luggage was damaged. It was 10:30pm at night I have physical limitations and nobody was willing to help me. I got to the location that I was going and I called to find out where my stroller was and do a baggage claim and no one called me back. I now called on Monday to see if they could deliver my stroller and find out what needed to be done. Now, because I did not get a hold of anyone within four hours of me landing, thoughI called and left a message with NO CALL BACK they will not deliver my stroller, nor will they take a claim on my bag that they damaged. If you speak with JOBY don't expect any help. I am so disappointed in the customer service of Joby. I'm not asking for much. Just my stroller that was NOT at the gate or the baggage claim area to be delivered 8 miles away. Disgusting and disrespectful customer service. I thought the Midwest would be better than Sacramento but that's NOT the case. Good luckThx, a disappointed, exhausted and frustrated momma.
