I stayed at their property "Campus Station" for almost two years with my husband.They made some mistakes at the very beginning but compensated us generously for them and even made sure that things were correct and how we wanted them later on.I really loved the location of these apartments since they were only a 5 minute walk from Campus Corner and are right next to the gorgeous church on University Blvd!They're a little small but if you're single or a couple with a cat or two it's probably fine!

I am moving in soon and throughout my entire process I have been calling and emailing because I need to know how to pay rent and when I will receive keys. The communication is very poor. No one returns calls or emails. When I do speak to someone they just say it's been a busy day. Which I get that but I shouldn't have to call and email for weeks before getting a response. I move in 2 days and I'm really hoping that I even get to move in considering the fact no one can even answer my calls. I'm hoping that the maintenance request will not be this way. However, I went to view the unit after placing a deposit and it was lovely but I am thinking they may need new management soon. This whole process has been a headache and not a welcoming experience .

Horrible, horrible, horrible rental company. Go elsewhere. If I could give them fewer stars I would. Do not trust these people. They will screw you any chance they get. They would tell me one thing and do another constantly. Would not ever respond to maintenance requests resulting in me paying for and replacing multiple things that should have been their responsibility. Much more to say but don't want to type for that long. Very late in returning deposit check (6 weeks) even after charging me for multiple bogus items so they could keep most of the money. They will also avoid your phone calls and not return your messages. I only received the low deposit return after showing up in person. Just trust me - they're no good! Stay away!

They have made sure my maintenance always gets taken care of quickly since Ive lived in one of their rentals since November of last year. The apartments I lived in before I had to wait two weeks or more for something to get done. Super nice people in the office!

This is a terrible excuse for a management company. I was so excited at the beginning of my lease to be moving into the property. As I signed the lease they were helpful and accommodating, however after I picked up the keys to the property all contact ceased. There were numerous problems during my stay in their apartments, not limited to threats from drunken neighbors, people and pets peeing in the stairwell, cans and bottles of beer spilled in the elevator, bags of household trash left in the lobby, and, to top all of that off, shitty construction on the property that I was paying $800/month for. I frequently tried to contact them for the problems I was having with the property, but would never get any follow up or return. When I was threatened by a neighbor in the hallway who then tried to break into my apartment, they took no action. One month they even LOST MY RENT and told me that they were writing up eviction papers, I was hysterical because there was $800 gone from my bank account in a payment to them but they were "missing" my rent. Moving out luckily has not been much of an ordeal, other than they have been in absolutely no contact regarding the return of the $800 deposit I put down on the property. I also called to ask if I would be able to get a piece of mail that had mistakenly been mailed to that residence as I had forgotten to change my address. I was told I would get a call back, but never heard anything from them again. When I called to check on the status of receiving my deposit, the receptionist was rude and unhelpful. Moving OUT of this property was a very happy day for me.

This was the worst land lord I have ever dealt with. He never answers his phone EVER. It has been a month and we are still waiting on our deposit. I would go somewhere else.
