Sooner Bounce Inflatable

Sooner Bounce has always been a great resource to help out with events, birthday parties, etc. Have always shown up on time to drop off and pick up.Drop off has always been quick and clean, just mention where you're wanting to have the bounce house set up and they take care of everything else. Will definitely use them for any and all future events.

We have used Sooner Bounce for our last day of school festivities for the past two years and couldn't be more appreciative of their amazing customer service and quality offerings. They are a great value.

I like everything about this company except for the pricing. The delivery and the pickup of the inflatable jumper went smooth and fast. Awesome people to deal with! However, the pricing of the jumper we rented was a bit high ( $300 ). Especially, with the pandemic going on I would think it would be a lot lesser price. (Maybe $200) Anyways, I would still recommend this company to my family and friends who in needs a center piece for there kids party or any occasion!

We had the best service from them. I ordered a water slide bounce house for my kid's birthday a couple of weeks ago. I wanted to go big since it wasn't going to be a normal party this year. The weather didn't look like it was going to cooperate, and they graciously got me set up with a dry bounce house in advance with no issues at all (Frozen 2 FTW). They came out and set it up more than sufficiently in advance and it was all ready to go for party time, and even before for some extra fun. We rented from them the year prior as well and had a similarly good experience. If my kiddo wants a bounce house again next year, we'll be calling them again. They also have a huge selection, though that really is second to the great customer service.

Customer Service, for 1start if I can leave a negative star, I would. The lady talk on the phone is NOT friendly I think she the owner. The price was listing at $260 for 8hrs on the website. But after you place an order they charge all kinder fee. ! Sub total $260Recommend damage Waive $19Base travel fee 6mile up $40Deposit required down $50Grand total $369 WTF I was hope the give me the total price on the website like they said advertising.! Even asked for cover waterproof on the floor in case what wet on the grass. The lady even say we had to charge it extra for the floor cover.! The other place company they are be free and will work with you and even ask for them to pick bounce later without charging every thing.! I wouldn't never deal business with them ever.!

I paid $150 to rent a bounce house for my sons birthday. The night before his party, his school told me that the child that sits next to him tested positive for Covid. I called the delivery driver for this company to explain this before they set up the bounce house. I told them I still wanted the bounce house but I wanted to disclose this information and let the company decide. The driver called his manager and they decided against delivering it. The driver then asked if I would like to reschedule or get a refund. I said I would like a refund. Now the company is refusing to refund me because to get a refund I was supposed to cancel 14 days in advance. I did not choose to cancel. The company refused to deliver. And I was told by an employee I would be getting refund. Employees need to be trained better in the future. I should not have to pay for a service I did not receive. They haven't even responded to my last email and it has been 4 days.

The delivery and pickup went smooth, we even got extra hours of use which definitely pleased my kiddos. I was concerned about the lack of stakes that were installed (I believe it was three and one of those came out of the ground). We installed some of our own as it was a windy day.

I reserved a bouncy castle as a surprise my for my husband's 30th birthday. These people are amazing, quick, and affordable for how long you get the inflatable! Even though i was unlucky to have it snow right before his birthday they were nice enough to offer to change my castle order to one with a covered top so we'd be warmer. All in all the party was a hit and the weather didn't really deter anything. I would definitely use them again and have told all my friends about them.

We rented an inflatable for my daughters 4th birthday party. The service was excellent and the kids loved it! Our party had 25 kids and the inflatable kept most of them busy most of the time. The inflatable arrive on time and they were there to pick it up exactly when they said they would be. Next year I'm sure we will be using this company again, you can't beat their customer service.
