We stopped here on our way to Palo Duro canyon. They changed the menu to only bbq. Was really wanting Mexican food and we really never go out for bbq because being disappointed. We both had the sliced beef sandwich (we should have ordered one and split it). It was really good. My husband got potatoe salad and that was delicious. I hand home fries. Delicious as well. Would recommend this restaurant.

Excellent food! Crispy flautas, tasty salsa, hot beans, and GREAT Asada tacos. Sol's has quick service, and waitress refilled our drinks and chips. The restrooms are a little suspect, but what small town has good restrooms haha. We are Just passing through and would definitely come here again.

We drop by on our way to Colorado. We had a Smashburger, Asada tacos and flautas. The food was excellent and speedy service. The restaurant was clean and the price was very fair. I will gladly return.

Ate on our way back to Amarillo. Will put their cheeseburger up against any restaurant in Amarillo! It was hot, fresh and big!! My wife got the Enchilada Supreme, a lot of food, fresh and good. The restaurant was clean and good music. Also our waitress Bayleigh was very helpful and nice. Highly recommended!!

Chips and salsa were awesome!Excellent service and my taco salad was good and my husbands mexican plate was good too. He wants to go back to try the smash burger.Thanks!

So, I'll just let others decide as I share.Saturday night. Came in about 6:45. Place was not full. We did have a large party but in no rush so we had no expectations of fast service. But.....Everyone placed their order....A few min later the waitress came back out and said there wasn't enough asada meat for us..... so we changed our order to regular meat.... Then they came back out and said those of us who had ordered nachos because they had run out of CHIPS!!!...... . Next could not make a dish as they were out of chilis.Then as the orders came out they were all cold. Some too cold has they had to be sent back..... and to top it off, she asked if I wanted a refill on my tea... Then she came back and said they were out of tea... So let's review... A Mexican cafe in Texas, at 6:30 in the evening had no.... carne asada, chips and sweet tea.....There are not many places in Clarendon ..... but either go to Sonic or just go hungry!

This place just keeps getting worse. There is absolutely no consistency in the taste of their food. If your lucky it's good, but most of the time is just plain bad. This time their hot sauce tastes like water with no flavor at all. I don't even want to know what their food is going to taste like. They never have the same people working when we come either. This is our last time here. We will eat in Amarillo before we come this way. It's disappointing because in the beginning it was so good and I happy to have a place to eat in this small town. Lesson learned unfortunately we keep giving it a chance, but again it has failed in expectations. Update after getting our food. My food had tomato on it even though I said no tomatoes. I also ended up with cheese enchiladas on a enchilada supreme meal. First time ever, I was told you have to ask for beef or cheese yet never once I have I been asked. Nothing was seasoned well at all. Also their water taste like tap water. We are for sure never coming back here. The new owners should probably be here keeping an on their new business or it's going to end up like all the other ones here. Gone ‍

Hamburger, yes a hamburger. I promise you will lot be disappointed. Great flavor. Nice char on the patty. Awesome salsa. I'm sure the Mexican dishes are great too. Service was top notch. Thanks Bailey.

A friend and I stopped for lunch on our way through town. We both got the sticky rib ends. We received burnt, dried out ribs that were impossible to chew. The fries were cold and burned. We also got Texas Twinkies, which tasted good, but were extremely greasy. The wait staff never checked on us after dropping off our food. I wouldn't go back.
