I decided to treat myself to a long overdue spa day while my husband and friends went hunting. I'm not from OKC but found this hidden gem about 20 mins from the lodge. I booked several treatments. My 1st two were with the sweetest girl named Cameron who did my foot scrub and mud wrap. It was so relaxing and loved the head massage. Next I went in for the body scrub and massage with Jason. He is the man with the magic hands. It was by far the best massage I've ever had I decided to book another one the next day! Great experience in the quaint little town.

Id give it 0 stars is that was possible. We booked a massage for both my wife and I at the same time. We arrived early and was told to wait in the room and they would come get me. Well 30 mins past my massage time I came out to the lobby to ask what was going on. Found out they completely forgot about me. So not only did I not get a massage, but the gave me a whole 10% off for the next time!!! What a joke.

First time at this location and chose it due to proximity to hotel. I'm having a girls weekend and thought it would be great to have a new experience aromatherapy mud pedicure, cost $75 per person with a 20% gratituty of $15 additional. My girls tipped $20 out of courtesy but the experience is very limited. The mud feels good and all but you don't get a polish, trim or anything associated with a normal pedicure. I of course think you should but I understand now it's really a soak. It didn't even feel like a long soak it was over before I knew it! I didn't have a chance to relax!!!The location is within the building of the hotel so prices are high and the spa is nice but very small and really needs some cosmetic updates. I agree with others the robes are less than comfortable and we where not offered spa shoes and at the very least they should have complimentary drinks. I get that at my local nail shop ie pop, wine, sangrias and water. The work staff was very pleasant and friendly but have limitations. I was told we could bring in our own wine once I sat down. If I ever come back I'll have drinks in tow. The other services the hydro spa, wet and dry spa okay but could only accommodate a few people and with Covid it just didn't seem like a well planned system. Two bathrooms, two showers and a wall of lockers on site, a very tight fit in that dressing area. Not conducive to a relaxing atmosphere! Although it sounds like I'm complaining and to some degree I am, yet I'm grateful to have another experience with the girlfriends I love and cherish. We are happy and healthy and that means something! 3 stars just for the experience really nothing more!

I had went to Sole'renity Spa a week ago right before my ortho procedure and Victoria was amazing with the hot stone treatment. I would highly recommend it all....she got majority of my knots out. And by the time: she was done I was ready for my procedure. Like I stated above: AMAZING!!!

I Never imagined that a hotel spa literally in the middle of nowhere Oklahoma would be so expensive! And slightly disappointing I called several weeks prior to coming, to make appointments for three of us so that our services would be together. There must have been some confusion in scheduling, but they only had us booked for 2 people for pedicures; and even when we asked several times about the third one, it didn't happen. So I imagined our pedi's would all be together, and all our facials would be at the same times. Apparently they didn't have enough rooms or staff to accommodate that plan, so it ended up that we all had randomly spaced services; which was not our plan. We were told to be there "a little before 3", and when we got there a little before 3, one facial was rushed since we were late. Hmmm. We also think they switched the type of facial for two of us. Seemed kind of disorganized. Would have liked to have had it spelled out when we got there whose service was at what time. Also, when making the appointments, they stated the hot tub was broken but should be working by the time we got there--it still wasn't. So instead, we were allowed to use the hotel hot tub, which meant we had to traipse down there in our robes to use it--don't get me wrong, it was very large and nice, but not what had been expected. Hannah did my services, and was very sweet and did a great job. The other girls had Carrie(?) and felt rushed and not very relaxed during their facials. While having our facials, the oxygen machine (we found out later) kept cycling on and off and was so noisy it didn't provide for a super relaxing experience. The ceiling in one of the massage rooms was very dusty and in one room you couldn't hear the music. The tip was also included which was a little odd. I'd rather just be able to determine my own tip.

I was very disappointed with the raindrop therapy massage which wasn't a massage at all and that's the whole reason I booked. You would think by paying the higher price you'd get more, not in this case. I paid more for less. And felt worse coming out then going in. Nothing relaxing about it at all.

I took both my daughters for a spontaneous girl day and they were very accommodating for us showing up randomly. And even though I had two minors with me, the ladies treated them like adults and gave them the full experience. They got offered robes and slippers and complimentary drinks and access to the saunas and whirlpool jacuzzi. Both of our aesthetician were good but Jennifer was amazing with my 14 year old daughter. She is usually shy around strangers and Jennifer had her talking about school and really opening up. It totally made the experience worth the price to see my daughter look like she felt relaxed and pampered. Thank you ladies for such a good experience, I'll be back for my own facial and massage!

Beautiful spa! I got a small 15 minute hydro treatment done and then had access to all the amenities for the rest of the day. Very clean and employees were so accommodating and welcoming.

If you've only been to small spas in Oklahoma, you'll probably really like this one. I received 4+ services here. While the facilities were clean, they are very modest. I'm sorry, but the spa robes are a complete joke - every woman I saw come through the waiting room was holding their robes closed like it was their job and complaining about how cheap the robes were. They were meager at best, paper thin, and sized for tiny baby elves. Spa robes are usually luxurious, soft and generously sized for everyone so you don't have to worry about flashing others - not these however. Whatever you decide, please do not book several services spanning the day and expect a comfortable, serene, well-outfitted relaxation room to stay in between services. The tiny room is outfitted with 5 hard pleather chairs and zero magazines, blankets, snacks, or privacy. There was only water provided and this room was anything but relaxing. I should know because I got to sit in these terribly uncomfortable chairs for at least 3 hours total staring at the televised motivational quotes while listening to the squealing pipes/metal on the other side of the wall. I'm not trying to be that girl-- but IT's A SPA. People come here to relax. I met 1-2 people that seemed to have enjoyed their service here and saw others that day that looked less than impressed. The ceiling of my facial room had dirty ceiling tiles and a rusty hole/ fire sprinkler (didn't really give a zen feeling). I get it, ceilings are hard to keep clean - especially in rooms where your customers are facing upward the whole time. Lol. Overall, the services I received were good, but nothing to really rave about. The hour long facial included a cleanser, mask, moisturizer - about as basic as you can get. You can definitely get a more thorough facial in Okc, Norman or Edmond. The staff in general was nice, gentle and professional except for the woman who gave my massage. She was extremely rough and kept aggressively turning my head using my pony tail. What in the world? She talked the entire time about her personal life, health problems, her newly gifted fifth wheel, and other delightful things which was anything but relaxing. I was so nervous by her aggressive behavior, heavy breathing and moans, I just needed to get through it and away from her. Usually after massages, you are handed a water bottle and encouraged to drink plenty of water. However, she split so fast and I never saw her again. I cannot begin to describe just how sick I was the next morning- incredibly dizzy and nauseous. Who knows if it was related, but I couldn't help think it wasn't after my experience. Afterward, please don't expect a spacious place to get ready with lots of amenities and a vanity. You'll want to go back to your room instead or really just go home. They have deodorant, hair spray and lotion on a tiny table across from the sinks. That's it. People, it's in Sulphur, OK. I had to keep reminding myself of this the whole day, even though we spent $$$$ here. The hotel itself is nice despite being in the middle of a very small town. The spa would be good for one service if you're local, but wouldn't recommend a package or coming for an entire day of spa services. I'm just trying to be honest and real here. The spa was nice for a small town, but I guess I expected much more after reading their website (and having been to spas around the U.S.)

We came to Solerenity in hopes of finding a sweet little gem one hour from home where we could become repeat clients for quick relaxing getaways. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a miserable weekend. The spa is cold and staff is rude, money was stolen from my bag while in my "locked" locker. Turns out the staff can override the combination. I was trying to relax in sauna when a very rude staff member rushed me because my husband happened to already be done on the men's side of the spa. My husband was mortified by how they made me feel since this was my birthday weekend and he brought me here to relax, not to be rushed. I literally left the spa in tears. I'll definitely be contacting the PD to discuss the theft.
