Don't rent here, security has harassed us and towed our vehicle, they charged for pet deposit we don't even have pet, said first month rent free paid deposit and then Said we had to pay first months rent to get the next mnths rent free, office has been rude with no help. They are completely out of line for towing our vehicle because the security guard has harassed us since we moved in. Do not recommend!Edit: went office with complaint, office manager started being rude and unwilling to listen to issues said that she will give us 30 day notice. Has been completely unprofessional, I cannot believe this treatment I've rented from many apartments as moved around from states for work and I've never seen a worse management company! I am contacting lawyer to start our law suit if anyone wants to join the law suit. This is so wrong to treat people this way. Especially hardworking families.

These are without a doubt the WORST apts I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. The office staff is blatantly rude and completely incompetent. When my daughter moved in Sept of 2021 her AC did not work, it was still in the 80's on some days. We told them it did not work, and she put in a work order on their ridiculous app. The very next day the work order had been closed, when we called to inquire, they proceeded to tell us "We are not doing AC's this week" I explained this is not a regular maintenance this would fall under emergency maintenance. This went on for 2 weeks before I called and asked about getting her a window unit to which they informed me they DO NOT allow window units in any of the apartments....meanwhile the apt upstairs from my daughter's has a window in their bedroom window (facing the parking lot-so it's not like they can't see it) The next nightmare was a month later when the upstairs apt had water leaking into my daughter's apt right over the water heater. I called on that and explained what was happening and was informed "If it's the water heater she will need to go through her renter's insurance to have that fixed." Anyone that has ever had renter's insurance knows they only cover personal property not to mention ANY appliances in the apartments are the apartments liability to fix or replace. They FINALLY somewhat fixed the issue 2 months later after it had pooled over their guest bath and started leaking sludge into the bathtub. My daughter did not have water for 2 weeks while they tore apart her guest bath. To this day she does not have shower fixtures in that bathroom to even be able to use it. The nail in the coffin came this week when my daughter went to pay her rent and there was an additional $500 on her amount due. And you can NOT make partial payments, you must pay every penny the app says is due. Which under Oklahoma Law a landlord cannot raise the rent of anyone with a lease until the lease is expired. And if you have no way to pay rent without paying any additional charges other than late fees, then you are indeed raising the rent for that month. Again, we called to find out the reason for the charge and were told that they have a witness that my daughter has more cats in her apt than she paid a deposit for. The only day we can think of is when she picked up my 2 cats from the vet for me and I picked them up that night on the way home as it happened to be the day the apts offered a cleaning service to come in and clean your apt for $30. When we explained about them being my cats, etc. they said "Well the charge is staying due to damages" to which I replied "What damages and what proof do you have of said damages. You cannot charge someone off hearsay" They still have not removed the charge and are now threatening my daughter with eviction. So PLEASE do NOT rent from this place, they rent to young first-time renters, and they take advantage of them and will talk you into circles because they have no clue what they are doing. They will break every renter statute there is because these kids are too naive to know how to fight for themselves. Needless to say, I have my attorney working on this to make sure there is no way they can ruin my daughter's credit or rental history. UPDATE: My daughter was not able to pay her rent without paying the $500 so she paid it to get them to stop harassing her. She has also taken the 2 cats that were staying with me to her apt, she figures at this point she paid for them she might as well have them. Also, her AC is STILL not working and the apt upstairs just got a 2nd window unit....even though they are "not allowed on the property." I can only assume the apartments have not fixed their AC like they said they did.

Terrible place to live. Harassed constantly about vehicle. Maintenance was never completed. And when I moved out they tried to charge me 7 grand for damage that they created.

It is quiet for the most part. However, Management picks and choose who they want to apply the rules to and will lie to you to shut you up. The security will tow your vehicle over the most irrelevant thing or make you park elsewhere due to improper tag meanwhile they have an onsite security who is a tenant drives around smoking weed with an expired tag from last August. Makes no sense. They don't tend to work orders unless it is an emergency. Like everywhere else they have raised the rent twice since the pandemic, which is totally not worth it anymore. No new amenities. The gym has been out of order for years. They put signs up for a new dog wash over a year ago. Go somewhere else

The apartment we are living in has had a water leak two times , this time it happened it wasnt from this apartment it is from the apartment next door . I am 4 months pregnant and me and my 4 year old son are getting suspiciously sick out of nowhere bc of this water leak and they haven't even came by to try and fix anything or pull this carpet up to check for mold which I think it is. Now shall one of us keel over from this apartment then what ? it's very messed up and we are tired of being sick this is on them not us they should be paying for repairs and cleaning. thinking about reporting them to the department of health

There was a leak in the apartment for 3 days and no one did anything. The water was all over the place. Also had another problem that took 10 months to get fixed, and another never got fixed.

It's a trap! Horrible management, they will hang up in the middle of a conversation related to your issue even if you have a calm tone. Horrible A/C can barley handle 90 degree weather, what a shame.

the apartments look nothing like the display they put tape in a corner and painted over it to cover a hole, they tell you that you get your second month free but after six months theyll raise they price by 100 dollars if you don't renew your lease this apartment is complete trash

Whatever you do, DO NOT MOVE HERE. It is the worst place I've ever lived. You would be better off living in your car.I've only lived here for 3 months. Let me tell you what has happened in that short amount of time, and their responses to most of it.- In the first 2 weeks, the a/c didn't work. The a/c unit (in the ceiling) leaked onto my floor 4 times in about a week. Their response: I can't lower the temperature to under 70 degrees without freezing the pipes. Also, they wouldn't do any type of maintenance on it until it was over 85 degrees outside. After the 3rd time it leaked, they said it was no longer an emergency, to put towels down to soak up the water, and they'd get to it when they can, and treat it as a regular maintenance request.- The a/c to the rest of the apartment is working much better now, but it barely blows out of the vent in my bedroom. The early evening time is when it's most noticeable, and when I entered a maintenance request, they canceled it and said that all a/c maintenance requests must only be entered in the morning, even though I explained in the request that the rest of the apartment feels fine, and it's specifically my room that has an issue.- The garbage disposal kept backing up into the dishwasher. Their response: this is normal, and I can't fill the sink much or it will keep happening. - Apparently it's a thing now that they won't take rent payments in the office. My options are to pay online, with a fee of anywhere from $6 to around $12, or go to Walmart and pay $2. This was not told to me before I signed my lease. The only way for me to pay my rent, that I have to pay to live here, is to pay a fee. - The most recent is apparently someone in my building has been putting feminine products and baby wipes into their toilet, and it keeps messing up the plumbing to the building. Management said if they can't figure out who is doing it, every single person in the building will be fined $150, regardless of whether or not we're the culprit. Anytime I've put in any sort of maintenance request, whether it's large or small, I get some sort of explanation to explain it away, and basically say it's not a big deal. They don't care about their residents. The apartment itself is not nice. The cabinets and drawers are falling apart and barely work. Once my lease is up I will be out of here before the ink is dry on my move-out notice. Find somewhere else to live, and save yourself the headache and trouble.

******RENTERS BEWARE******This was the worst place i have ever lived , they have washer dryer hook ups, but no proper ventilation, so your apartment is constantly moist and moldy, the water is constantly being shut off, for 3 days i was unable to use my sink , they will also spray-paint the bathtubs so they look new upon move in , i had spray paint on my body for weeks after moving in, the insulation is horrible, they have such outdated everything , and the office is the biggest problem , they are rude and scandalous, Natalia is also the manager, she will ignore you , and not respond to phone calls or emails, the other girl in the office is dumber then rocks, she reacts to everything as if she is braindead, and another thing the walls are so fragile and soft from the moisture that you will never be able to hang anything it falls out of the walls . and no light will get in the apartment as well , and they say they have security but yet, another lie, and last but not least , a bug problem , i have seen bugs there in my apartment that i have never seen in my life, and they have a centipede problem , which is horrifying please don't rent here unless you hate yourself and your family
