Snow S'more Food Truck

I feel kinda bad that the first review has to be a bad one, but I am really sad to say that I would not recommend getting shave ice here... we ordered one raspberry and one mango, and the flavors taste very artificial and more like sugar than flavor. Neither of us finished ours. The team was very nice, but the shave ice itself would need total remodel before I would try it again.It's $3 for each cup, and the ice isn't smooth.I would gladly come back to try one of their delicious looking s'mores, but as the summer heats up, I'd stick to Katie Bug shave ice for real fruit flavors.

You can really tell the graham crackers are homemade, and they went perfectly with the gooey insides. Though thin, they were able to hold up against a large and heavy middle. The chocolate can be either milk or dark, depending on your preference. They also have options for snow cones and coffees. I can't wait to go back and try some of their specialty smores at only $1 more! Also make sure to grab loads of napkins as the treat gets everywhere you have skin or hair exposed.

We were at the kids part of the Acm@Uco music fest event yesterday! One of our friends got the huge strawberry shaved ice with berries and ice cream. My littles wanted one but he is allergic to red dye we were happy they were so accommodating let us use different flavor since strawberry was red. (lol I would urge anyone else just go with how it comes) but it was so nice that we could still get one with silverfox. It was huge in size and amazing on a hot day! At one moment even my teething baby was getting some bites and we all had spoons and sharing it together was a fun memory! I also got a Caramel Apple Smore! It doesn't taste like regular graham crackers if that's what you have in your mind but they were homemade and made that way obviously to stand the cold and wetness of other items it's with, which it did great job. So yummy!!!! Thank u for letting us have such a good memory and great experience!!!! (They guy and girl working were so kind even let me fill up my baby's bottle with water because I forgot!!) Thank you!!!!!

Must say I was pretty disappointed as what I got. I swung by the Arts Festival to grab some bites and dessert. I was SUPER excited for this dessert since I love my some s'mores. Menu looked delicious and the shaved iced was pretty catchy on the hot day. I decided to get the S'more w/ banana and almond butter. Marshmellow was toasted great, almond butter and banana complimented each other well, but the graham cracker was off. Tasted stale w/ not much crunch to it. I understand it's home-made versus store bought, but not sure if it was suppose to taste stale. Paying 7 dollars for it was slightly steep, if it was delicious there would be no complaints! Not sure if I would get another one.

Don't let the name fool you, they have more than s'mores! Namely, shaved ice that is to die for! Their shaved ice comes in a HUGE portion and the consistency of their shaved ice is so nice. I'm not sure how to explain it in words, but it's very soft and fluffy-so satisfying. I had the mango shaved ice during my last visit and the flavor was so nice. I thoroughly enjoyed it and had to resist ordering another one after I finished. I would definitely recommend checking them out!

My wife loves s'more so we decided to try a gourmet s'more. I was a little taken back by the $5 price but figured if it was delicious it was would be worth it. The s'more was flat with hardly any filling. The homemade graham cracker tasted old and stale. The chocolate was good but not melted. I like the concept but the food needs some work.

They showed up at the school and sold smores fir $9 each. The chocolate was not melted and the size was normal half Graham cracker. Not special at all especially for the price.

Absolutely delicious! I loved the fresh berries added into the s'more I chose. Multiple ppl around me were enjoying the awesome looking shaved ice.

OKC is in for a sweet treat with Snow S'more! I was blown away that the graham crackers and marshmallows were homemade. No short cuts were taken in the making of these delicious treats. One bite in and you'll stop caring about the perfectly toasted marshmallow and chocolate that's on your face. I couldn't shove it in my face fast enough. It was that good!!! These aren't your hum drum everyday s'mores. I chose the Curious George which had almond butter, banana, marshmallow and almond chocolate. Hands down the best s'more I have ever eaten. I can't wait to try more! The food truck also offers shaved ice with ice cream on the bottom. Yes please. I chose the raspberry with a scoop of ice cream. It hit the spot on a hot humid OKC day. The food was great and the married couple that own and operate the truck were SO nice. They poured their heart and soul into Snow S'more and it shows!

10/3/19 I was sadly disappointed by the product provided. Initially, I was excited when my employer sent notice the Snow S'more truck would be onsite for our event. I had Google'd them, knew of their homemade graham crackers and homemade marshmallows, as well as the variety of additional toppings. As I stood in line today, I was all set to bite into something flavorful and delicious. However, when I arrived at the window to place my order, I was completely deflated by the site of store bought boxes of graham crackers and marshmallows. Every product that pass through that little window is a direct representation of their business. Providing anything less than what is advertised is misleading and a total let down. Maybe the truck has a new owner? Maybe they've switched to cut costs? All I know is the disappointment was REAL. Also, I could've made a better tasting s'more with my own store bought products.
