We are in the process of buying a house in Edmond, and we are trying to match some LVP flooring that was installed by the previous owner, to extend it under the bar where there is now carpet. It was originally purchased here, so we started here. It is no longer made by the flooring company, but Harold has been tirelessly helping us get it figured out. He did a deep dive with the local rep for the company, and was texting my husband at 8P one evening with his findings. The rep delivered what she thought might be a match, and when it wasn't, Harold went back to the drawing board. We are also getting carpet here. We're recarpeting three rooms downstairs and the entire upstairs, as well as some stairs. The prices here are less than what I had priced at the big chains, and with the customer service we've seen so far, I know it will all be great. Before you just go to a large national chain, consider how nice it is to work with a small local onwer-operated company and how determined they are to get it right for you!
