Smith Brothers Heat and Air

We had them come out to do a tune up for our air conditioner. The men that showed up were professional and very nice. They advised me about some small issue, but said it should be ok. They also told me if my unit goes out in the next couple of years, not to waste money trying to fix it, but instead but another one. Because of the EPA regulations, no company will be allowed to touch my unit after 2020. That stinks A new 4.5 - 5 ton unit will cost about 5-6k. We will definitely keep their number!

If you are looking for an friendly, honest, skilled and dependable HVAC company these folks are the best. Family owned and operated the Smith Brothers team puts the customer first. After 40 plus years as a homeowner I just wish I would have found them sooner. HIGHLY recommended!

This company does not stand by their work! They came out to my house, charged me full price for the visit (which is fine). In about two weeks, things went wrong again and they wanted to charge me full price again for something they didn't fix the first time. Awful people!!! Just because they advertise on Christian radio doesn't mean they are not unethical. Buyer beware!!!

If it were possible, I would give Smith Brothers 6 stars. Timely, professional and knowledgeable. I had contacted Another HVAC company, total rip off. Thank goodness, I got a second estimate from Smith Brothers. Smith Brothers saved me over $2,500. They knew about ONG discount program, had the form filled out for me and ready to send in to receive my additional rebate. Highly recommend them.

We have been customers for years. Each year we have they tune up our AC. In early June we scheduled for tune up. As fate would have it, the AC stopped working. I called 1st thing Monday morning. They were out there with an hour and half. There scheduled just happened to be light that day. They really do take care of their customers. I could not be happier with their service and dedication. They never try and up sell us. I highly recommend them.

Fours months they came and repaired my ac, it quit working over the holiday weekend. I called and left a message on Saturday (July 3rd), text on Sunday (July 4th, and called again left a message Monday (July 5th). I understand it's a holiday but someone could have responded to say, "sorry we're closed and will contact you on the next business day" but nope nothing. I DO NOT RECOMMEND a coo Monday that will not honor the warranty on their work by seemingly avoiding my request for service.

I called Smith Brothers to do routine maintenance on my heater. They came out the next morning and did the work. They were very professional, thorough in their work, nice and easy to do business with and all for a fair price; they gave me a veterans discount as well. I will continue to do business with Smith for my HVAC needs and I highly recommend them to anyone wanting good customer service, highly qualified, professional, nice people who won't rip you off.
