Ski Haus Worldwide Travel

I am sorry to say this travel agency chose the wrong agent to represent my cousins destination wedding. Many of the details were incorrect or not reviewed well by the agent. Much of the information needed to be prompted to the agent rather than her gathering it for the clients. Details that should have been caught by the agent were not (hence is why she gets paid), causing much confusion for flights, itinerary, dates guest were arriving or leaving based on plane tickets, additional last minute guest fees, gathering of credit card information, not getting back to guest regarding changes in rooms or reservations, and the list continues. It was difficult to reach the agent, at times she stated, she would try and contact guest members after she got off work OR she was getting in from a traveling trip.

Maddy was excellent. Her responses were prompt and very informative. She gave us the best quotes that she could find on different all inclusive hotels Cancun. She broke down prices with and without flight. she was a delight to work with; will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Ski Haus Travel Agency is professional, friendly, and pays attention to the all the details. I never used a travel agency before to plan my trips. However, I will use Ski Haus from now on to plan all my trips.
