I leased a home in Cedar Pointe from these thieves a couple of years ago. They kept my deposit and blamed the home owner. I left the home much nicer than I found it and actually hired a professional cleaning crew to be sure to get my deposit. When I contacted the owner of Signature he avoided the truth like Richard Nixon on Watergate tapes. I challenge anybody at Signature to prove me Wrong! These folks will keep your deposit every time. Not the fine upstanding citizens they promote themselves to be. Just crooks in a high society suit. It's Shameful to steal from renters, but these folks have no shame. So when you see them at church be sure to pray for them . I gave them one star for professional thievery.

I don't know where to begin, but this has been the WORST Rental experience we've ever had and we're military and have rented several places. We had to find somewhere rather quickly due to our military orders and Tinker afb was full, so we were put on a waiting list. We found a house rather quickly from signature realty. We didn't really have a chance to do a full walk through or time to read the lease since they rushed my husband to sign the lease before closing time. (I was still out of town )REALLY read through the lease because you will be appalled with the fees!We have less than a week left here and I'm concerned that we won't be getting the majority of our deposit back. So many issues with the house! The plumbing upon moving in was unbelievable. They want to blame you for everything in reality, this house was never taken care of and the day we moved in, it was infested with ants due to a overgrown tree pushing up against the fence that was pushed up into the brick which caused a huge open space behind the oven that allowed the ants a way in.The garage has issues with shutting-good luck there! The hired company to fix it agreed they are tight when it comes to fixing things. The garage has never been updated or replaced it's from the original installation, so from the 80s. Holes in the doors from previous tenants. The fence is falling apart even when putting in work orders to be fixed. Skunk and opossum are in the yard alot due to the broken fence. The worst thing about this company is their lack of concern for their tenants. It's all about money. My husband was opening the attic (in garage) to get something and all the sudden piles of old lanolium fell out along with pieces of the ceiling ! Thankfully my son had gone inside, otherwise he would have been hit.It wasn't installed right and they shouldn't have ever put old heavy stuff up there! Even the guy they hired to look at the damage said it wasn't our fault and wasn't properly installed. He called us today just to tell us the company was trying to put the blame on us, but he insisted it wasn't anything we did. Crooked untrustworthy company! It also took us numerous calls just to get them to do something about the huge hole in the ceiling. The worst part is, they have NO pride when it comes to their properties. Its all about money! With this gaping hole, they still had "showings" of the house. Thankfully, my husband let's the "future " tenants know how awful the company is when they come for a "viewing".It's quite rediculous they even show it, while we're here.Do not sign the 30 day move out application either. Do what we did and write up your own! Hidden fees are in there along with giving them permission to just pop in as many times as they want to to show the house. By law, they must give 24 hour notice!!! :)They charge you crazy fees! Absurd really.100.00 for a toilet paper roll?200.00 for a picture of the house?350.00 for carpet cleaning? 500.00 for new blinds?I mean, the list goes on and on!!So much more I could share, but I wont. Please do yourself a BIG favor and do NOT go to them! We thought they were a great "Christian " company at first glance, using their schemey ways, putting up scripture all over the office and all, but be advised that they are deceivers. Not Christlike at all!!FYI our house we unfortunately rent is in pebble creek housing..

We are working on having the military blacklist this company! They ended up keeping $1800 of our deposit. They tried to justify it; I spoke with an attorney and he told me to take Alan (signature realty) to small claims court. Trust me we are putting a case together. This company cannot get away with this nonsense any longer.

I reviewed this company before. While I lived there they were good about fixing things and were responsive and professional. Upon leaving they really racked in the fees. I had the place professionally cleaned....I paid a company and they still charged me to clean. It really was absurd how much of my deposit they kept. Beware.

Don't spare a single thought or a second of your time dealing with this company! Everything you give them will be nothing more than wasted on your part. You will regret it if you do. I recently moved out of a home I rented from them. During the year that I lived there, if something needed to be fixed, I would have to ask again and again and again before they would acknowledge the matter and get someone to come out and fix something, and then only if it was something important that couldn't just be replaced. For example, in late December, someone backed into my brick mailbox and knocked it completely over and destroyed it. They immediately brought out a temporary mailbox attached to a pole in a bucket of cement. I was told that since someone hit the mailbox, they would get insurance estimates and then pay to rebuild a new one. Despite what I was told, as well as filing a police report, it was April before they finally got around to rebuilding my mailbox, and that was only because they had to start showing the property to people before I was to move out. Plus, on the day I went to sign my lease before I moved in, there were many new things that they sprung on me as I was signing that had not been brought to my attention beforehand. I later learned of even more things they expected of me that were somewhere in the lease in fine print, but nobody had told me about. The lease was at least 20 or more pages long, with very small print, and not similar to any rental lease I had ever signed before. I should have read the whole thing, regardless of how long it would take, to see just how many ridiculous things they might try to hold over my head with the lease, even though they never tell you about such things til they have your signature. Further, after I moved out, I left the home in better condition than it was when I moved in. They even told me how impressed they were with how good of condition it was during my final walkthrough. However, despite how good and clean I left it, and how much effort I put into cleaning the carpets in every room, they took $169 out of my deposit to "clean the carpets", despite that when I moved in, their version of "clean carpets" had dry paint in multiple spots all through the home. They basically wanted me to leave the home in immaculate condition whereas so much of it was dirty or broken or damaged when I moved in, and then use that as an excuse to deduct my deposit away on move out. I could go on with many more stories about my time living in one of their homes, but bottom line is, they don't care one bit about you... only your money. They will try to take advantage of you in every possible way they can, from ignoring needed repairs, to telling you when and how to maintain your own yard, and charging you if you don't deal with your yard in what they consider "a timely manner", to lying to you, and to trying to bully you into things, like signing more papers before you move out that would require you to pay them an additional month's rent after your lease is up if they can't show your home while you still live there. This is by far one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with in my entire life, and I wish so much someone had warned me before I ever signed a lease with them.

Don't waste your time with this company. We found a home from their website to rent and submitted an application and were approved for the home($60). They sent the lease for me to review and sign. I sent back questions pertaining to their lease as they do NOT use the standard Oklahoma lease as they have their own version. There were several fees that are not normal for leasing removed from deposit, $200 admin fee, $125 pest control fee and so on. I then received an email telling me that they rented the home to another person because I had questions about their lease and took to long. I received my copy of the lease Monday at 5pm and they leased it to another person on Tuesday!!! I just could not believe their underhanded business practices. If you see this name run in the other direction. There are plenty of other companies in the area that operate with integrity.

20+ vague but glowing 5-star Google reviews, interspersed with a couple of more specific 1-star reviews pretty much screams FAKE REVIEWS. I google-stalked some of the "reviewers" to check for credibility, and many of them had posted reviews in several different states within a close proximity of time, or they had no information in their profiles other than their one review for Signature. Most of the names don't even exist as residents of Oklahoma. There is no reason a reputable business would resort to posting a bunch of fraudulent reviews unless they were trying to cover up the bad ones that, in our experience, are more likely to be accurate. If you go through these people, be sure and look through the lease agreement very thoroughly, which we mistakenly didn't do since we were in a rush to find somewhere to live. Document any flaw you see in the walk-through (we did not get a walk-through, by the way). After we moved in, we noticed pre-existing nail holes, dog scratches on the doors, and writing on the walls left by previous tenants' kids. There were so many things in the house that were already falling apart (the janky garage door, a toilet that wouldn't flush right, doors that wouldn't close all the way...) if we had notified signature of everything, they would've been there every other day, so we fixed most things ourselves or just lived with it. It was no surprise that they took a ridiculous amount of money out of our deposit to touch up the bad paint job (which I spent a good amount of time touching up myself to cover all the crayon drawings), and "yard clean up."When you get ready to move, they might give you a couple of hours notice to show the house; they don't ask if the time is convenient, they TELL you they will be there at whatever time. Sometimes they would show up early. Once, they showed up half an hour early with one prospective tenant, then hung out in the living room waiting for another to show up. According to Oklahoma State Laws on Landlord's Access to Rental Property, tenants should be given one day's notice to show property to prospective tenants, but Signature weaseled their way out of that with the lease agreement we signed. We are both professional people; for 4 years we took good care of the house and yard, and we were never late with our rent payments. Despite this, they were condescending with us, speaking to us as though we are trailer trash. I will give props to Ashley, who was great, but she quit after we'd been living at the house for about a year.

This company may be great to the person who owns the home you are renting but they are not renter friendly at all. When we moved out, we were told we were expected to do many things to prepare the home for the next tenant that were not done for us. We were told we had to re-paint, and I was made to re-clean several items twice, following which they still charged me to clean them again. When you move out they make you pay to clean the carpets and for pest control in addition to a large "administrative fee". I was given the 3rd degree for having grass in our flower beds when they were just as bad as when we had moved it. I refuse to believe a home is supposed to be in better condition when I move out than when I had moved in. It was completely absurd. I would never recommend anyone rent from them.

I had a very bad experience with Signature Realty. Never use their service. It doesn't matter what you do while move out, You will not get your security deposit back.
