This was the last place I lived in OKC, and hopefully the last place I'll ever live in Oklahoma. The apartments are practical and in a relatively convenient area, depending what you want to do and where you work. If you go to OCU or work downtown, then it's a great place because of how close the complex is to either place. They spray for bugs monthly and are quick to make repairs if you have an issue with the apartment. They're also dog-friendly, which was a big plus to me. The downsides to the property are the parking spaces (especially the east lot), microwaves aren't included (at least not in the one I had) and living on the bottom floor is noisier than other apartments I've had. When my gross upstairs neighbors felt amorous, I heard everything. There is one minor inconvenience about the apartment office: it's in a different complex a few blocks south. When you drop off rent, you have to take it to the other location. The best part was how easy the staff was to work with, especially when considering the background to my situation. I was living in Norman and found a job in Edmond. The commute was way too much, so I had to live with my grandpa during the week until I found an apartment. Unfortunately, my hours were 8:30-5:30, but when I started looking for apartments, my experience had been that office hours were convenient. Apparently, in OKC they aren't. At all. I had to eliminate just about every apartment I was considering because there are no early morning, evening or weekend hours. Being new at that job, I didn't want to ask for time off for that, but no place in OKC seemed to actually accommodate people when they're free. Sienna Ridge was willing to go the extra mile and stay after hours to show me an apartment one day and again a few weeks later to sign me up. When my lease was up, I decided to stay just because the staff was so easy to work with and I don't really need to deal with a lot of BS from other apartments. In December 2014 I had a job offer in Phoenix and took it without thinking twice. I had to terminate my lease, and was wincing from potential charges as I've heard Oklahoma law allows landlords to charge the remainder of the lease (8 months in my case). Instead, Sienna Ridge was extraordinarily fair and didn't stick me with a massive bill. On top of that, a few weeks after I moved to Arizona they called to inform me that they would be sending a check to refund my security deposit. Overall, these are decent apartments with superb staff members. Though I'd never willingly move back to Oklahoma again, for people going to the area or those who want to stay there, I'd recommend these apartments.

New owners and total renovation has started! Very nice! Steps from Oklahoma City University. Our OCU students walk to class and never look for campus parking!

I moved here from out of state and really feel like I lucked out. Everything inside the apartment is brand new- carpet, tile, paint, counters, etc. The exterior is nothing to brag about, but still maintained well. The complex has been very quiet and neighbors are nice. Maintenance guy is very friendly and helpful, as is the apartment manager. They allow big dogs which was a huge bonus for me, and they don't rip you off on pet rent (there is none) or fees. I can take my dog down the block to OCU's nice campus for a walk. I feel like the area is mostly safe but someone did steal my bike. I'm not sure how the price compares to other places in the area, but with new interiors it was worth it to me.
