A little slow but it was pretty typical for a snow cone shop. I got a margarita with crybaby and if you like a little sour I think it's pretty's good

There's nothing quite like a snow cone on a hot day. My husband and I were shopping in the area and decided to drop by. Luckily there was no line as it got busy after us. I chose black cherry and white coconut, and he had the Miami Vice which is strawberry and pina colada. They have a great variety of flavors. The small size is just $2 and was plenty big for me. I probably could've gotten the kiddie size even. I like that they automatically come with a gummy bear on top too. They also have a punch card for buy 10 get one free!

I love Shimmers. Their snocones are fairly priced, well-sized, and there are many MANY flavors. The gals and guys that work there are youngins, but not the snotty kind you usually encounter at McDonald's. Even when they're crazy busy, there are smiles and prompt service.My go-to flavors are silver fox and bubblegum crybaby. Be warned they do get super busy, but well worth it!

I haven't been to a snow cone stand in years...maybe even decades...so I thought I'd take a trip back down memory lane and have an icy treat. The selection of flavors was extensive and the prices seemed fair. To be honest, I didn't know what to expect with regards to flavors or prices, but I didn't feel I was being shorted in the least. I opted for a small cup, but looking back probably could have settled for the kiddo cup, as the small cup was pretty big in my opinion. I didn't have any real expectations as I knew it was just sugar and ice, but for what it was, it made me happy and I left with a smile!

We used to frequent Shimmers quite a bit but got addicted to Island Ice at NW 50th & Meridian (now closed!). So we thought we'd give it a try again and....Not quite as good as they used to be. The flavors seem a little diluted and the ice isn't the same. Also, they've gone to using a Swedish Fish-like gummy bear...it's just not the same. Of course, the drive thru line is a wait, but they almost always are at any sno cone stand. Maybe we just came on an off day. Will try again later and update....

Wow, oh wow!!!! I have had their shaved ice for quite a while now, but have only tried their special ices recently. The Lindsey is the bomb!!!!!! I am a happy customer

Soooo. The girl working was so sweet and the drink was good, but then I found hair in my snow cone. I don't even know how to respond.

Update your hours online. The sign says no open till 1pm on Saturday. Online it says open at noon. Glad I drove down here.

They close at 8 I got there at 7:50 and they told me they wouldn't take my order for a snowcone that takes less then a minute terrible customer service

Snow cone- incredible. Reminded me of snow cones growing up! HOWEVER- it's super popular because the wait was LONG. Will be back!
