Sherpa Moving and Storage

First of all - Let me start this off by saying my husband and I have moved 7 times together as a couple. So we've definitely dealt with our fair share of movers throughout the years.We were moving from OKC to Frisco TX & were actually all set to be scheduled with Allied Van Lines. My husband wanted to get a quote from a local company incase something went weird with the moving schedule & we actually really enjoyed meeting the owner when he came over to do an estimate. We were moving from a 3000 sq ft home to another 3000 sq ft home with large appliances as well. We liked that this was an individual company and also veteran owned. They had a very down to earth yet professional way about them that vibe'd well with us.They had a crew of four gentlemen who arrived on time & fully prepared with all the supplies needed. They were very tentative in which items we needed them to pay special attention to and prepped all of our furniture professionally and methodically. We even had to have our two dogs in the house as they loaded the trucks and were extremely kind to them and did not make a fuss of them roaming around the house as they worked.These guys were GREAT! They had everything loaded up and ready to go with enough time left in the day for us to be able to make the three hour drive down to Texas.The unloading process was just as smooth and without issues. They were very detailed in asking exactly where we wanted certain boxes & how we would like the furniture placed. They assembled beds, gym equipment, and tables as well. Not a screw was lost or misplaced. Everything arrived perfectly safe & sound. The crew obviously had worked together frequently so their banter was entertaining, always positive and maintained a general good atmosphere about them during a move which could be one of ~the most stressful things~ in life.We were beyond thrilled with the excellent customer service as well as the diligence of the guys who helped us move. We're only saddened that they probably won't be able to move us to our next home here in Texas but believe me....Choose these guys if you're moving. You won't be disappointed.

Calvin and Andrew were prompt and efficient. What we thought was going to be a three hour job turned into an hour and half.And They took great care of my furniture.I would recommend them 100%

I needed help in moving some beds and heavy furniture in the house. These guys are great ! They were careful,neat, and concerned about everything they did.You can't go wrong using these guys

We got a quote and then arranged for them to come to the house to review contents, at their request. The time scheduled was suggested by Sherpa and we agreed with that time. They didn't show or call. I called to check in and see if they were running behind and was told "they were just getting ready to call". They'd had a mishap with a truck and asked if they could reschedule for the next day. We agreed. They never showed or called. Of course we didn't bother calling them back!!.

I would recommend Sherpa to anyone looking for a mover and would certainly recommend them to family and friends.

Sherpa moved us into 3 PODS last month and moved us into our new home today. We had great experiences both times especially with Chaz, Melvin, and Andrew. Today was hot and they were short-handed but they were diligent and careful with our furniture. And respectful and great attitudes! Good workers! Jesse went the extra mile to help us get thru the whole ordeal of being homeless for 6 weeks!

Great company ran by a Marine Corps Veteran. Helped us move our warehouse with all the moving parts his team helped execute and perform greatly.
