Shawnee Floral

I called from California for a floral arrangement for our aunts memorial service. The staff was very helpful and kind. They helped us choose a floral arrangement that was perfect. Our family commented that it was beautiful.

Last Saturday I ordered the cute smile mug with the yellow and white flowers for my daughter's birthday. The staff was super helpful when I placed my order, and very kind while I talked through my decision. When my daughter got the bouquet today, she texted me a picture, and I see that the Bouquet has a lot more flowers in the mug than I was expecting. She also told me the flowers were fresh and smelled really good. This has made for a very good experience!

I can't get enough of this floral shop! I have a friend that lives here and I always rely on Jill and her amazing team to get florals to her. They are always timely and they always text me pictures because of my creative habits lol Theyalways hits the nail on creativity and has her designs wrapped in a passion for details. I again highly recommend this floral shop.

Ordering from out of town is always difficult, but working with Phyllis and Jill made it so easy for me to select just the right arrangement. They even took the time to text me pictures of the potted plants they had available since those items weren't shown on their website. Both women were extremely friendly and willing to help. I was very impressed with the service provided by Shawnee Floral. I live in California and had to make a long distance order for my friend's daughter's funeral, and Shawnee Floral did an absolutely perfect floral arrangement. Not only were they friendly over the phone and so willing to do stellar work. . . they did just that. The white rose/dark purple lily spray they put together for the casket was stunning. Thank you so much for a job very, very well done.

For $70, I expect something better. And a $20 delivery fee is insane. I'm embarrassed by what my friend received. Don't know how Shawnee Floral has 5 stars.

The challenge was that I ordered remotely and was unable to attend the service. Any worries I had over the quality of the arrangements were put to rest when family members sent me pictures; the arrangements were beautiful and actually went above what I expected. This floral shop went above and beyond for my Grandpa's funeral. The owner Phyllis was so amazing and the sweetest person! My Grandpa had not passed yet, but we knew it was going to be in the next day or so. We went and order the flowers and Phyllis told us to call when he passed. 2 days later we called her and she jumped right on everything so it would all be ready for his funeral 3 days later. She dropped everything off at the funeral home and it was beautiful! It was even more beautiful than the pictures in the catalog. This is a wonderful Floral Shop. I would highly recommend them!

I used Shawnee Floral based on reviews and they were right! The lady who took my order was super nice and very helpful. My description of "well, it's getting close to spring, but my mom loves jewel tones" yielded a gorgeous arrangement that really made her day. I would definitely recommend this floral shop!
