I can't say thank you enough to these amazing people.They are kind, attentive, and loving.

We just made an appointment yesterday and were able to be seen today for a flu vaccine for our dog. Everything was quick and smooth. The staff I interacted with were kind. Good experience!

They don't have good emergency services. Our pet can be laying there bleeding and barely breathing. But this vet still takes over an hour to even adminstor basic antibiotics. They are ok, but expensive for routine care. But their ability to respond quickly in emergency situations is hit or miss. It's an awful situation when your pet is bleeding and barely moving, but the receptionist or staff put routine vaccinations to the front of the line. The staff just has extremely poor protocols for emergency situations when a pet is just laying there bleeding from a big open wound. :(

All the staff are WONDERFUL! I always feel confident that any issue my yorkie (Miss Addy Mae) has they will take care of it with GREAT care. Highly recommend

Just WOW!I went to get my dogs immunizations updated and then took them back a few weeks later for grooming. Grooming was wonderful, great people. Rachel is super duper sweet. I give her a lot of credit for how well she did. I know grooming huskies can be difficult

Truly lifesaving. My baby, Monty, got into our laundry basket and ate a sock... we took him to our vet who recommended us to Neels who told us we could either pay 10,000 up front or put our baby down. When we thought there wasn't any hope, we were recommended to Shawnee animal hospital. The whole staff was so knowledgeable, the vet was very professional and kind, and our baby is going to make a recovery and we are going to keep our laundry locked up tight Thank you Shawnee animal hospital for taking care of my family

The staff/Dr's are wonderful and you can see they genuinely care about your animals. They have gotten me an appt same day as well as same week. Absolutely love this place, won't take my babies anywhere else!!

We have gone to this vet for about two years just because they are the closest to home. I took my dog in again because she was coughing a lot and seemed to be in pain. They told us it was nothing and because she's an older dog it was normal. The issue continued and we took her in two more times. They barely looked at her and told us the same thing. Yesterday she seemed to be in a lot of pain so we tried to take her in and Shawnee was full. We didn't want to wait and took her to Meeker instead. They did a quick physical exam and told us something was definitely wrong. After X-rays they found out there was a problem with her heart and she was in a lot of pain. If we found out sooner we might have been able to help or at least help her with the pain. Now she has been given an estimate of about a week to live. My dog is a huge part of my family and I feel an unexplainable amount of guilt for not getting her help sooner. They said she is coughing so much because it feels like her body is suffocating her from the inside and I've just been watching it happen. Shawnee animal hospital is also a lot more expensive. I recommend you take your pet to a place that cares for them like you would.

they screwed me for the last time. 2 dogs $410he had attitude like I wasnt trying to take care of my dogs. I been giving tick and flea stuff. the yard treatment ran out. had baby fleas couldn't really see. anyway if I had gone to Vet Voss it would have been like $150. Shawnee was $58 each to see dog plus $10 each for no appointmen. Voss would have been $35 first dog $25 for the second dog. see where we going with this. never again. bye bye Shawnee another woman was sitting for over 1 hr for rabies shot. can't believe we can't buy them at feed store anymore. guess I'll order mine from out of state those women up front could have given shot and she could been out of there in 10 min. don't take a vet to give a shot dumb

Everyone here is always so friendly and welcoming. They do great with your pets and treat them with so much care. Taylor T. was a great receptionist. She really helped ease my nerves with the way my pup kept crying. Lovely staff and environment!
