I just got a call from my daughter crying. Normally when I get these calls, I know her dad and I have to go pick her up because something bad has happened: small fender bender, boyfriend problems, normal young lady things. I was so pleasantly surprised when she told me that she had found the place that she would always take her car for oil changes and repairs. She had had trouble with service men telling her she needed things that she didn't really need, or talking down to her to because she's a woman. (And all of us women have had this happen to us, right?!) But she was so happy at how nice they were, at how they answered her questions and didn't act like they were annoyed with her, and what a great job they did with everything. If they can make a young girl happy who has does not like to do things by herself because she has trust issues with dealerships, then I'm for sure taking my vehicles there! Might even have to look for my next car there as well!

On June 15th my town was ravaged by a fierce storm that totaled our 2 cars. Doing an on line search I found a Ford Explorer I was interested in. On Saturday morning 7/1 I called to make an appointment. Kristen the internet manager was very friendly. We agreed I should come on Monday. Later that day I got a text assigning me an appointment @ 5:00 PM Monday. That seemed a bit late since we never discussed an actual time. My wife had to work a funeral Monday 7/3 at 11:00 and we planned to leave at 1:00 for our 2.5 hour trip. I wasn't sure if the car was in Paul's Valley or Perry, OK, so I called again. Before hand I noticed Kristen had assigned my appointment to Mandy which I found in my email. Mandy also sent me a friendly welcome video to my email. When I called I had trouble getting Mandy on the phone. I explained I had an appointment that afternoon and wanted to clarify details. I felt my call was being screened. Eventually Mandy came to the phone and and asked if I had gotten her text. I am 62 and do not rely on texts but occasionally use them. I said, I don't know what's the problem? Well I wrote you that we were expecting you at 12:30 since we will be closing early today at 2:00. Can you still make it? I said No, we're in Lawton. This is when I found out the whole store found out that morning they were closing at 3:00 (not 2:00). I asked if someone would wait for me as we were just getting on the road. By now the ignored appointment and the expectation I should jump at their text was making me pretty chafed. I had no sense of appreciation for my pending business. I finally was transferred to the GM named Eric who started off insisting that 95% of the world communicates by text! So now we're blaming the customer. I steered the conversation back to our visit and after barking at each other he agreed to wait for me. He said he would go find the vehicle and pull it up front. When he called me back he was cautioning because he thought the vehicle was advertised as needing repairs. He had the wrong vehicle pulled up! Then he found the correct vehicle and said he'd get it washed and park it out front. About an hour later, just as we are driving through OKC Eric calls me back to say that after he (the GM ) had washed it and parked it up front, another sales associate sold the Explorer to another customer! Supposedly, right out of the blue, after the vehicle had sat on their lot for more than 2 months. Eric apologized profusely and said he was going soon to the auto auction and offered to find something for me. I thanked him for his offer, and said I was done.

Super friendly and helpful. We ran into some car trouble driving to Dallas and stopped. The mechanics had left for the day but they helped us with some antifreeze and water to get us back on the highway, even with the mechanics done for a Saturday afternoon.

Overall good experience. Took my vehicle in for a service issue and they were able to diagnose it. eWaited for the parts to come in a couple days but when they came in I got my vehicle in quickly and got it back out quickly.

Absolute thieves. They give car salesmen a bad name. Total scum. Situation: I called on a F150 Tremor with 5 miles on it. Turns out it had 4670 miles on it once I spoke to the dealership. ok, still a decent deal. The price of $59,575 was published. The first thing I asked was is that the real price and not the qualified rebate crap? Nope, we publish out best price and we stand by it.Shorten this way up. By the time it came to signing the price, with tax $6000 in taxes, was $68,575. Then they proceeded to tell me my interest rate was 10% even with my 821 credit score. I reacted to the 10% poorly and told them I would get my own loan and would call them back. Then they called back and said they could do 4.99% financing. What changed?By the time I reached the bank I realized the real price minus the taxes was $62,575. I called back. What changed? Oh, you didn't qualify for some of the rebates. What? We went over this the very first thing. They told me that Ford manages the rebates. I get that but you agreed to sell me the truck at $59,575. That has nothing to do with Ford. You should give me the money off to get back to the agreed upon sale price (that I didn't even negotiate on) They told me if I don't like it don't buy it. I didn't buy it. You shouldn't either. Does Ford condone sales tactics like this? I doubt it.

Let me say, I have never had any issues with sales. Pat Cinammon has been great and they do a great job. My issue is and has continued to be with the service dept. We have taken our truck in for issues multiple times, with them keeping the truck months at a time. The last time, I'd had enough. We took it in before Thanksgiving in 2024 and did not get it back for at least 2 months. My husband specifically told them what the problem was, but instead of listening they looked at everything else BUT the problem he pointed out! We got the truck back after forking out almost $5k for a problem we felt should be covered under warranty, and we actually had another Ford dealership ready to work on it for $1600 less than SWF quoted, but they talked us into letting them do it and knocked off some cost, but it still ended up costing much more than we expected. We literally had the truck 2 days and it quit running again, so it was towed to the nearest Ford dealership to do additional repairs. The service dept at SWF does not answer calls, rarely returns calls, and NEVER kept us informed on the status of the truck during any of the multiple times they worked on it. I get it takes time to diagnose and pinpoint the problem, but the length of time they kept the truck for all these repairs was just excessive, nor did they ever offer a loaner or anything. Our trucks are essential for our work and any time one is down for months at a time, costs us money we make in addition to the costs out of pocket for repairs.

In late Sept. of 24, I blew the turbo seals on my 2011 f150 that I had a new engine in with less than 6,000 miles. I invested in this truck because it was much better than purchasing a new ford. I had it towed from the interstate to Seth Wadley. At first everyone was very accommodating and they got my truck right in. I am from out of state, so I had to get a hotel and the work was suppose to take 2 days. I walked out to the service dept to see that they had started my truck with no oil in it to pull it in soon. I made a comment that there is no oil, and they ran out back to shut it off. (Not sure of elapsed run time). They had to order a turbo and installed it, only to call and say that I needed both turbos. Fast foreward almost a week, and they stated the work is complete and truck is good to go. Upon inspecting myself with a rough running engine, I notice they had not hooked up the MAF sensor. They plugged it in, drove it, and felt great. I payed them $4982.48 and they sent me in my way. Drive 300+ miles home and the next morning I had no oil pressure on my new engine. I found that the intercooler had over a qt of oil in it, and the clamp on intercooler was left off on the intake side. The engine oil level was full, and they neglected to drain and clean the intercooler as well as do three oil changes per the ford service recommendations. Due to this, oil ran through my intake causing hydrolock, and thus caused crank, rod, and cam bearings to fail. Brand new engine and brand new turbos trashed.I contacted the principal of the dealership explaining the issue and was told they are not responsible for damage or loss of funds. The principal emailed me a docusign document offering me $1000 dollars to go away. (A bribe admitting fault). I did not sign, nor accept this as acceptable. The dealership flagged my vin through ford, thus voiding any warranty on the parts and labor they had just done at Seth Wadley. I have had to repurchase new turbos, a long block engine, and pay my shop to R&R an engine. I am still without a vehicle, spent over 2k on rental, more in hotels, and that doesn't include 10k plus for all new parts and labor. The principal of this dealership informed me that he is an attorney and I should take his $1000 because I'd never beat him in court. Here we are today, and I would highly recommend that No ONE ever use Seth Wadley Ford of Perry Oklahoma. What an absolute nightmare this has been, and we are only just beginning. I am requesting that they refund my monies lost and make this right publicly, or I will Never buy another Ford as long as I live. Absolute worst experience with a dealership in my life. I give em Negative 10 stars for fraudulent practices. Ford corporate should pull this dealership license immediately.

Bryan Bolay and Jared Cunningham went above and beyond for us. What sets this apart from any normal situation is that they had ZERO to gain by doing so yet they spent 4 hours helping us get the best out of the situation. I can't speak highly enough about these guys and this place. We won't go anywhere else EVER.

I took my car for one of their free oil changes. a few weeks later i had an alternator failure. i took it to a private auto repair that i use often. he said the failed alternator was drenched in motor oil. hmm. suspicious. it doesn't seem to leak. where i park every day is clean and dry. but the alternator was soaked in motor oil??? suspicious. i think honest car dealers are as common as unicorns and leprachauns.
