Got approved for a vehicle , vehicle was in my name and everything . Get a call two days later saying I need to take the truck back cause of errors in the process . Took the vehicle back because they said I wasn't approved for it but once I showed up they said I was approved but offered me something almost double the price ? No thank you , took my business somewhere else ( also ran my credit like 10 times without telling me ) ( listen to the other reviews , stay away from here )

I bought a 2023 Tremor F 150 from them a couple of months ago. When I bought it, I had stipulated that it needed a tonneau cover. I drove up from Dallas to pick it up, and they still needed to install the tonneau cover. We made a deal for them to deliver the cover and cover the cost of installation. While they did deliver the cover, they refused to reimburse me for the cost of installation. It was only $170, but it was my money. They won't take my phone calls, emails, or texts. I don't know how to describe it other than thievery.

I am disappointed and shocked at my experience at your dealership. I would give 0 stars if it would let me. I understand I didn't buy a high-dollar vehicle, but it should not matter if I am buying a 'budget saver' or a brand new vehicle; a customer should be treated like they matter. Keep in mind I do understand that there are processes that need to be followed, and it is a business that is being run. However, all I was asking for was better communication, common courtesy, and consideration of my time. I was not asking for anything over the top or extravagant, just a safe and dependable vehicle for my wife. While shopping for a used vehicle, I came across a 2008 F150 here that was the perfect fit for our budget. It was late in the afternoon, but my wife and I went to see it. I figured we would either work out the details that evening or by the following Monday at the latest. We got there and got with a salesperson. It was a fresh trade, so he said we could take it for a test drive but could not do any paperwork until it had been through service and inspected. We drove the vehicle not 5 miles or so and found a couple of items that we wanted addressed before we bought it. Fast forward 2 weeks and a bunch of texts and phone calls, we finally got the truck, but there were 2 items they didn't get fixed, so we agreed on a check for us to fix 1 item and they would take care of the other. It is now almost been another month and after many texts, they finally scheduled us to install the part, but when I showed up, they told me they got the wrong one, but I could come back tomorrow. I can't miss another morning, so they still, after almost a month haven't delivered on their part of the deal. Maybe this all sounds petty, but I am limited to how much I can put here. I figure at this pace, I will have their deliverables by Halloween. The time it took to fix some tune up parts on a Ford truck at a Ford dealership is mindblowing. The minimal amount of items that were on the 'We Owe' from them should have been handled a lot faster than a month. I am still waiting on management to reach out to fix this as the salesperson has been taken out of the loop. I will never buy another vehicle from ANY Seth Wadley dealership, and I will make sure I tell everyone that asks that as well. It is awful that a person that just wanted to buy a truck for a fair deal was treated this way. I feel like my purchase was just an annoyance to everyone involved, you have lost a customer for life. Honestly, I most likely won't even come get the free oil changes that were part of the promise because I do not trust the competence of anyone that works at this dealership.

This place is horrible changed my whole deal on me me two weeks after I had already signed paperwork and drove my new vehicle home. On top of that they didn't pay my trade off for over 45 days and now my perfect credit has a hickey on it. Now I have had to result to getting my lawyer involved and am going to file a suit against them. ZERO STAR RATING!!!!!!! They claim to tahr care of their veterans and emergency responders.... lie after lie, after lie. very disgusting to know they'll try to pride themselves with this just to screw over their customer.if you want the worst car buying experience of your life, then go here. 2017 F250 King Ranch w/ultimate interior lifted with 40" tires. Truck showed zero issues in pictures, that's because they photoshopped the pictures to remove any issues. Upon physically Inspecting the truck it had a scratch on the passenger door to the metal $2500, broken tail light $1000, cracked front and rear sun roof glass $3000, usb ports inside the truck not working, engine light for MAF, deep scratches in the front tires where they rubbed the bumper, then a lovely steering wheel wobble. I asked to see the 130+ point ford inspection report and h was told they would have to find it. I never received this after asking 6 different times for it. They pencil whipped everything they could to throw this truck back on the road. Truck was priced 15k over market value everywhere and for what? I talked them down on price and it was agreed they would fix all things wrong. Next day they tried to act like nothing was ever agreed on etc but unknown to them I recorded all of our conversations. After a solid month of arguing back and forth they wrote me a hush money check of $3500. I was given a tail light from a different truck and it wasn't programmed to my vin so from that point forward adaptive cruise and blind spot detection didnt work. They told me the warranty would cover the steering issue, tires, cruise etc and they LIED about every single thing. I was charged $500 from ford fleet for them to tell me what I already told them was wrong with the truck. I received an offer for the truck so I wanted to cancel the warranty, get the new pay off total and then rid myself of this dealership once and for all. I get told BY THE FINANCE MANAGER after canceling the warranty that it would be 5 business days before it's updated with my bank. I waited. Nothing. I call the warranty company and ask if they're the ones who handle this and they said no it's the dealer. I call the dealer again and speak to a finance manager, I get told this time that it will take anywhere from 30-90 days for one form to be faxed to my bank!!!!!!! HAHAHA I mention the previous statement of 5 days, I get put on hold, then get my information I was asking for. His hard is it to do your job the first time? All of this id in the recorded lines as well which just shows they're completely ignorant and careless to pleasing their customers. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!

I bought a used vehicle from Seth Wadley Ford and I am so glad I did! I am extremely impressed with their organization, management, and passion for helping their customers from start to finish. The building is beautiful, as well! Not to mention, free oil changes for life is a HUGE plus! I'll definitely be coming here again for my future purchases.

Great experience all around! This is the team you want to work with when buying a new vehicle. They sell you what you want, and don't try to sell you all the extra things you don't need. And oil changes for life...you can't beat that! It's definitely worth the drive. 5 Stars!
