I drove 3 hours to look at a truck. Really didn't want to. However, after getting detailed videos of the F150 and financing was taken care of before I left my house. Thanks, Mady! You and Scott made it so easy. Just showed up, a test drive, and sign a few papers.

Made an appointment to see a vehicle, on the day of the appointment, the general manager texted to confirm the appointment before 10 am. The appointment was at 3:30. We were able to come earlier, let them know, and arrived at 11 to find that the vehicle we were to look at had sold - YESTERDAY. Driving an hour for an appointment to see NOTHING is beyond ridiculous and that type of customer service is appalling.

we took my wifes explorer up for a water pump before seth wadley bought the dealership. i explicitly asked for the timing chain to be replaced since it was off to do the $5000 water pump replacement. apparently the mechanic decided it didnt need it and put the chain back in. now, about 8 months later, the car is back in the shop replacing the timing chain that is now making a noise. that car has been at that dealership since new for everything. Seth wadley said they were honoring all the work from the previous dealership. i guess that is not the case. i was told since they did not change the part i asked them to change, they are not responsible. they will never get another dollar from us.
