If I could give this dealership 0 stars I would. Do not purchase a car from this dealership, and do not take your vehicle there for service. Please take this review as a CAUTION. This dealership operates under extreme malpractice. Seth Wadley dodge disregards their clients needs, they fail to communicate, and they lack follow through. In addition, they are selling damaged vehicles without disclosing such. This is the worst customer service experience of my life. Do not take this review lightly. I speak for myself and many others whom have had the same experience. I am leaving a review everywhere I can. You've been warned.It only takes two people to file a class action lawsuit. At this time; I have 4 other parties willing to attest to their maltreatment. You will soon have a lawsuit on your hands if this treatment continues.

Went and brought my new car from them. It was an easier purchase than buying local. They literally had the entire deal worked out for me by the time I got there. All I had to do was test drive and sign paperwork. Hank and the entire team including Bobby the finance guy(one of the funniest finance people I have ever met) made me feel really welcomed. I will say I'll probably buy my next car from them even if I have to drive there again. Love being part of the Wadley family.

We are a hotshot company and we were on a run from Louisiana to North Dakota and our Ram 3500 lost power and started making a horrible noise. We found Seth Wadley right off the interstate and went in on a Saturday afternoon to find that they didn't have a major mechanic working saturdays, but this did. It stop the gentleman in service from helping us. He did all he could to help us by running the codes. We started to leave and decided to see if we could figure out if it was a hose or something since the codes did t show anything. My husband found the exhaust gasket was blown. This was good news since we just knew it was the turbo. The young man in the parts dept was just as helpful as the service guy. He even printed off part numbers hoping we would be able to locate the parts that he didn't have in stock for the turbo. After finding out that it was not the turbo they had the gasket and the crank breather. While my husband was working on the truck in their lot we had 3 Salesmen approach us. One offered cold drinks and to come inside. Another brought us cold drinks after we were out there for about an hour and asked if we needed anything. Another came out offered us drinks and wanted to know if he could get us some food. Now if they are this great to someone who isn't even buying a car, I would love to see how well you are treated if we were buying. When we were leaving another salesman came out to check on us and said he was so glad to see us getting our truck going. Thank you for such hospitality. When we buy a new ram we will for sure be going to Seth Wadley for our new truck. I am so thankful we were close to this dealership when we had trouble. God did answer our prayers, because we were back on the road and will make our drop off time. Thank you!!

After numerous nagging messages and phone calls i agreed to meet with Maegan on my day off to see a vehicle I was I interested in. I made the hour and a half commute to Pauls Valley to see the car after communicating with Maegan throughout the day and agreeing on a time. When I get there, Maegan was no where to be found and the car had been sold three hours prior. Just remember you're not always dealing with the best and brightest people when buying a car.

Two hours for a tire rotation and oil change on my 2018 Ram Cummins 2500 HD Diesel. After the first hour and a half, I got the recommendation to do several maintenance items... which I politely declined. Still waiting.

Great experience with our salesman Cody. Bought a pickup with our trade in and then it went downhil from there. Never received a title for the new pickup. Took them 30 days to pay off the one we traded in. I caught covid during all of this and they called and said they entered some numbers wrong. They actually wrote up a completely different contract with higher payments and delivered it to our house in a sack and left it on our porch to sign because I had covid. I had been in touch with Greg the manager during all of this and he wasn't much help. We went for a oil change and I messaged Greg and told him we were there and would he speak with us for a few minutes and he messaged back that he was off. He asked what he could do. I replied back I thought they should include TTL for all the trouble they put us through. He finally replied back, he could do $300. The tags were $1865!!! We are seeking help from an attorney. We actually purchased the vehicle twice. I will never return there. Our payments went up also!!! It was nothing but a circus.

The other day my driver side window broke and it would no longer move up and down. I called 7 different dealerships in the OKC area and everyone told me 2-3 days before a tech could even look at it. I called Seth Wadley and they said they'd have it in and out the door today, and that's what happened! A little bit of a drive from OKC, but it was worth it! Super friendly and professional staff as well. Will definitely be returning.

Worst experience in purchasing a vehicle in my 25 years experience in purchasing vehicles. My son's first truck has been a nightmare. Truck has broken down twice in the 6 months that we have had it. They don't care about the customer, they just want your money. Buyer Beware!

I would not!!!!!!! Buy anything from these people! They screwed me hard! Signed a deal I was not happy with by ok with the first time. Then after driving the truck and getting used to things for a month they call me back telling me that deal is no good, and that my payments will have to be about $150 more a month. They signed paper work and made a deal on something that was pending! You do not want to do business with anybody that does not actually know exactly what things will be! I had to miss multiple days of work to bring the vehicle back that I was not refunded and while they had my trade in I was hit with a late fee and had to pay out of my own pocket the payment of my old truck for the month I didn't have it which I had to double up and pay both last month and this month! Bottom line..... don't waste tour time here!

We had an appointment at 9 AM this morning. We told them they would be able to keep the car all day. We called him at 3:30 PM and nothing had been even looked at. They called us back about an hour later and said something needed to be changed that was just changed.Long story short they couldn't fix the car. They said they needed to keep it and didn't know when they would be able to look at it. My husband went to get it and became upset because they charged $125 without doing anything to the car. We can't just leave our car there waiting for it to be fixed with no time slot. They told us they had cars that had been in their shop over a month waiting for service. They do not know how to schedule. They charge you anyway. We will never step foot in this place again.
