Thank for quickly coming out to help mitigate water damage. 3 days before Christmas are stressful enough, but add in unexpected water damage from a faulty toilet and I was stressed. SERVPRO has been so very helpful today and is working to get everything out back in order. From working with me to working with my insurance company, SERVPRO helped not only with the water, but also my stress level! Very grateful to be working with you all!! Thank you!!

To use these guys is a giant mistake! Their shoddy workmanship and lackluster performance was only a prelude to SERVPRO's nightmarish collection methods that force you into a legal high interest labyrinth, that wrings every last dollar out of you right after you experience a personal disaster. SERVPRO turned my personal disaster into a financial catastrophe, and they'll do the same to you. We sustained water damage to all our flooring. Servpro was called in by our insurance company. They arrived and started later then they said they would. Took longer, broke a window, and left black mold; but the worst was the userous interest the attorney charges for my account that Servpro sold him. I wouldn't recommend these guys to anyone--they might've been good a while back, but they sure aren't now. A word to the wise--use at your own risk.

I recently had SERVPRO remediate a mold event in my household. I could not have been more impressed by the entire experience. The company's point of contact that oversaw the entire operation, Mr. Keith Cochran, was genuinely exemplary. He worked with me to explain the process and was physically present at critical junctures during the two-week evolution. He successfully planned, coordinated, and oversaw the execution of multiple phases of the operation. The mold remediation team, Juan and Robert, were dedicated and hard-working. Their efforts passed the post-remediation testing performed by another company on the first try. Jordan and his team with Jose, Antonio, and Pablo ensured the reconstruction was done to standard without any hiccups or time lags. Haven't even gotten service through these people, but they suck. I was stranded at a gas station with a dead battery, and asked one of their workers getting gas if they could help jump start my car with their van. The man politely said yeah no problem! Give me one second... and got into the work van and DROVE RIGHT PASSED ME. Stared me straight in the face, while my hood was up holding my jumper cables, jaw on the floor, while they drove away laughing. I was stuck at that gas station freezing cold in the freezing rain for 30 more minutes until a nice couple came to the rescue. Literally was a 2 minute process. The man easily could've told me no or they had somewhere to be. But to drive off after telling me yes and giving me false hope was seriously so menace I will NEVER forget that rude act. The rest of the reviews seem to agree with me on the company quality, so might as well steer clear completely from this company and just save yourself the trouble...

We had water damage in our bathroom, den, living room, kitchen, and laundry room. Serv pro has been a nightmare to work with. We communicate via email with specifics like color detail etc. and manny (project manager) never reads his email so just chooses whatever he wants, like cheaper doors than what the insurance paid for, that's just one specific example. They were supposed to be finished by sept. Latest October, Here we are in Dec and they are no where near finished. And the crew shows up once a week for a few hours, if they even show up. The quality of work is awful. Seems like corners are being cut left and right. And whenever we bring it to the superintendents attention he tells manny (the project manager) and that's as far as it goes. I would never recommend them to anyone. Use someone else and save the headache. We signed a contact and even paid extra for them to paint the other rooms ( one room they painted wrong and when my husband asked if they read the note left for the color change manny replied "yes , but we painted it grey" and the note was to paint it white.) we have called the main office and complained , to no avail. Just steer clear is what I would advise. My back yard is trashed with the junk from what they pulled out of the house, we looked at the invoice and they charged us for trash. Yet it's sitting in my backyard. We were paying $1100 a month in a rental waiting for them to finish our house. We paid four extra months of rent and a mortgage of $1000 and we would come check the progress only to find out there wasn't much being made. Sooo much money lost. It's frustrating. So we finally moved back into a half finished house And even that hasn't put a pep in their step. They still don't show up. And we have most of the materials on hand. Oh and here is the best part. The whole reason they are here is because of a busted/broken water pipe. Once we moved in we noticed there wasn't any hot water so WE replaced the hot water tank thinking that would resolve the issue, it didn't. The licensed plumber that WE hired noticed that there was another broken line at the shower. Serv pro DID NOT use a licensed plumber when they fixed the busted pipe they were hired to fix or they would have noticed there was another broken pipe. And they are saying that it's not their problem, it will have to be part of a different insurance claim. Even tho the insurance claim was for a busted pipe. I could go on and on about everything else but you get the most of how this company does business.

Let me start by saying if I could give Servpro a rating of ZERO I would. They took their time to show up first after many phone calls. When it came to do the actual work, two very young men showed up without anyone to supervise them. I was on a work call and by the time I was done to check on their work, they had already removed the ceiling without covering anything except the TV, insulation and dust were everywhere, the couches, the bookshelf and all the books and of course on the floor contrary to our agreement. After this first stage, they removed the baseboard and brought in three fans to blow air into the wall to dry where they told us needs drying. They did not open the wall to check for molds as per agreement. They didn't cover the ceiling back to prevent insulation falling. This went on for three days. They came back, took the fans, didn't even put the baseboard back and charge us over a thousand dollars. I did not sign the completion form and after such a sh.......y job they did, decided not to use them to put the ceiling back. Spent a whole day and all four of us to clean everything including every single book on the bookshelf. All and all DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Driver called to say they were coming in 30 minutes, showed up over 3 hours later. Technician who arrived stated they were working on a "$10 million" dollar home and when someone from that home calls, you go. He also stated rather sarcastically that our home was NOT a $10 million dollar home. After leaving, my husband found the hole in the wall where water damage was coming from and standing water in our vents that was missed by Servpro in Edmond. Had to call these guys back out. All services were paid for by a company that was working at our house and caused the original damage. I let the owner of that company know what happened, he said he would not use Servpro again and offered to have another company finish. I would never recommend this company.
