ServiceMaster By Eagle Eye Cleaning and Restoration

On a Sunday, I found out I needed a rental house moved out and cleaned up by that Friday. The house itself was occupied by a hoarder. I called on Monday and they set up a walk through the next day. After the walk through, I received an estimate for the job which would include scrubbing, disinfecting and cleaning the floors. Truly a job I would never have wanted or been able to do. The young man who showed up to give me the estimate was prompt, kind, helpful and able to walk me through the process and what the cleaning would look like. I got an emailed invoice that I confirmed that Wednesday, and he and another employee showed up early on Friday to clean.They worked hard for six solid hours in a hot, smelly, and quite frankly, in a space I couldn't even walk through. Throughout the process, they communicated well with me. As a customer in need of their services, I felt embarrassed to ask anyone (even someone hired to do so) to take on this work. I couldn't help but apologize to them every time we spoke over those days. The man who was leading the work kept saying, "you don't need to apologize. This is what we do and this is why we are here." He repeated those sentiments in other words a number of times. It was words I needed to hear during a really difficult week.They did a fantastic job cleaning the space. I appreciate their diligence and effort in making it habitable again.Would highly recommend them for any type of restoration cleaning job.
