Serenity Moving Service

I needed just a few items moved from one address to another about a mile away. It included an upright piano. Serenity was able to put me on the schedule, give me a price over the phone (my job was small), and set me up for a reminder text. The team that did my move was professional, courteous, quick, and clean. I was very happy with the experience and the ease of dealing with them.

Actually, this review is from my move September 18, 2023. I had mentioned two positive experiences and one less so. I'mSorry you didn't understand that, perhaps I need to edit it for clarity.Yeah, I was noting how I'd had two positive experiences and one 50/50 one. I'm sorry my communication skills are lacking for your limited comprehension abilities.

From the very beginning, when I called to make the appointment throughout the entire process, Nick and the guys that he sent to move us were very professional, friendly, and fast. We were very happy with the entire experience, and will definitely use them again.

We had never hired a moving company before, but we thought having professionals do a lot of the work would make the process faster, especially with how difficult our move could be. We lived on the third floor of an apartment building with no elevator. We also had a garage with several big items and a bunch of heavy boxes. We called Serenity because they quoted us at the best price and that had decent reviews. Dusty and Vincent met us at the apartment and were very clear about what they needed to do and how they were going to do it. They also were clear about how our costs were changing as we added and subtracted items that needed to be moved. Once we started moving they were very efficient and fast. Even when we could tell they were getting frustrated, they kept a professional attitude about the whole process. They even offered us suggestions on how to save us money while they were loading up the truck. Overall, I could not be happier with Dusty and Vincent, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to hire a living company.

These guys were efficient and and careful. Cannot beat the rate either. I felt so comfortable I left them at my storage unit alone to bring to my house. They were also very polite and kind.

I've never used a moving before and was not sure who to choose. I read great reviews about Serenity Moving Services and they were all so true! Moving is not a fun task, but Serenity made it as painless as possible! They were so kind, helpful, and really fast!! If you're in need of movers you can trust and get the job done, these are your guys!

Movers didn't bring a big enough truck, even though an accurate list of items was provided ahead of time. I would have gone with separate movers had I known they would not be able to take all our items.The movers left several large High Value items at the house I had to hire more movers after to finish movingThe owner/Manager, Nicholas, was combative, argumentative, and tried to Gaslight me on conversation. Wouldn't try and make it right in the slightest, just blamed the customer. Terrible service, the actual movers were great guys, they work for an awful company

I received a recommendation for Serenity Moving Services from a random guy at a store where I was looking at an extremely heavy item. His recommendation was taken & I am thrilled with their services. They helped pack & then moved all of our household items in a professional & efficient manner. Considering all we had to move, the price of their services was less than I expected. I recommend them highly.

We have moved many times, and this group is by far the best one I have worked with. They were prompt, professional, careful, flexible.... I was very impressed with the hard working young men they had on their team. Highly recommend and will use again for sure.
