After walking past for years as a Plaza resident, a friend and I decided to try Scorecards a few nights back. It was a really fun experience you wouldn't expect from the plaza. The average crowd is upper middle age, but lively! The positives: really sweet bartender, hometown vibes, TouchTunes jukebox, and a really great selection of beers, seltzer's, and options for mixed drinks. I had a Pacifico ($3.50) and my friend enjoyed a Truly ($4.00) seltzer. They take credit card, unlike another review said. Really friendly crowd for the most part! Clean little joint! The negatives: a couple of the seemingly regulars were giving the female bartender a hard time about being a single mom. Other than sticking up for her, not much you can do. Smoking is allowed, so you'll smell like smoke at the end!

I was there on the night in question. It's hard to believe people will treat a person of color like this now. I walked out and will never return. Lost this customer I gave it 1 star only because it was required

The local Plaza District bar 'Scorecards' is not as bad as what the other reviewer made it out to be. As hipster bars and hipster business have drowned out the Plaza District you have to acknowledge that other members of this community need a place to go.Yes, it is true that upon entering this bar you will notice the age difference. However with cheap beer and the chance to smoke...whatever, what's to dismiss this? If the other bars on the Plaza are filled up and too expensive then come around to this bar

Other than the fantastic bartender, this place has nothing to offer but disappointment. They only offer domestic beer, and although I enjoy Miller High Life, I don't enjoy drinking it at a bar. I drink Miller in my backyard, not in public. The beer was dirt cheap, as it should be. It's a cash only bar, which is okay I suppose. For a smoking bar, it was surprisingly not that smokey. As for the crowd...I'll be honest...I felt like I was drinking in a nursing home. At one point, I caught myself wondering if I was in an AARP meeting. It wasn't a terrible or rowdy crowd...just old.Scorecards has a lot of potential, but it has a lot of work to do.

Great, simple bar for locals or a weary traveler who likes a solid neighborhood spot. Domestic beer only, no frills. Pool tables, juke box and darts. Day crowd is a bit older. We had a round immediately bought for us by the owner and swapped stories with friendly locals at the bar. Will be back next time we're in OKC. If you're sick of the craft scene and just want cheap beer with friendly folks in a down home atmosphere, this is a go-to.

Scorecards sticks out like a sore thumb in the Plaza District, that is if you even notice it to go inside. This is the little hole in the wall bar off Indiana which is easily passed by when there are so many fun places to go just down the way. My boyfriend and I wanted to check it out during LIVE on the Plaza, because why not? I figured they'd have cheap beer and they did. Cheap beer was all they had. Nothing besides domestic beer. Normally I would've just turned around and walked right out but the bartender was a sweetheart so we had the champagne of beers, Miller High Life. I believe it was $3 and luckily I had cash because as Brandi pointed out in her review, this is a cash only bar. Pretty much as low-tech as it gets and a very old crowd. It was pretty full in there but I'd say there were maybe 4 people under the age of 40, including my boyfriend and me. There is some serious potential at Scorecards to be another fun place to go in the Plaza, but they have some serious updates to make to their menu if they want to attract anyone remotely young and/or hip.

$2 for 16oz budlight is a hell of a deal. Place was pretty busy on a Wednesday afternoon around 4 pm. Lots of OU / OSU memorabilia. Seemed like a good old fashioned neighborhood bar. Will be back for some more of the cheap beers. Bartender was very friendly as well.

I don't mind bars with folks old enough to be my parents but the place seemed unwelcoming to anyone who wasnt a regular or a middle-aged or elderly person. right from the start, the bartender gave me the weirdest look from the moment i walked in. i was carded, i didnt care, it's the law, i look really young, so whatever but the bartender seemed timid about asking me even tho i didn't mind being asked. it's a compliment, really! no one really talked to me, which is not what i usually get at any other bar i have been to, but all talked all around me. it's beer only but they do have a few 6-point beers so it's not all pissy stuff like bud or miller. I think if I came back again, i would with friends but not by myself. no one seemed all that social except towards their age group or are regulars.
