Teachers are wonderful. Other working staff not so much. Unorganized, poor communication since new ownership, I have never been so disrespected by staff and it was done in front of a crowd full of people in the wide open. Sarah felt like having a little power trip and would not listen to anything I had discussed with other staff members. Long story short, their notes on my child's account were never updated and they did not get back to us to reschedule pre scheduled missed classes, along with teacher cancellations. So Sarah thought it would be the professional thing to do and discuss everything in front of a room full of people. In the past before all of this happened- I spent 45 min plus on the phone with one staff member, I was told they would get to the bottom of it and nothing happened. Got a call to say sorry and was never asked if there was anything that they could do to make it right. That right there showed me all that I needed to know. Peace out. Your staff (as in the instructors-who MAKE your business special) think terribly about management.
