There was a Hair in our $35 Sandwiches. Not to mention, WAY over priced!!!! For how expensive this place is, they should ensure this does not happen.

I wouldn't even put 1 star but I have to to be able to give a review. I pulled up at 7:50 and they tell me they are closed. I asked what time they close and the response was 8. She said her clock said it was 8 and the registers were closed. On the website it says they close at 9. Very rude "one of the managers", when asked for the owner I was told I could call back tomorrow morning at 10 and then she hung up on me. Great service and so polite, NOT!!!!!

I placed my order an hour ahead of time. I still had to wait for half an hour after I got to the store. Another guy waiting next to me was served the wrong food three times before they got it right. He waited for 45 minutes. Schlotzky's is great. Just not this location.

50/50 shot if your meal will be right. They like to charge you for what you order then give you a smaller size as well. Have gone inside and talked to manager, have sent in a complaint to corporate now when I go trough they act like little children and dont want to serve me at all since I will not let them take my money and not give me what I pay for. H e pics of where they over charged me and manager refused to make it right. Eat at your own risk folks.
