We order here at least twice a month and it's always delicious! We love the pad Thai and the pineapple fried rice. So friendly and fast. Perfect spice levels and lots of food!

Awesome food, excellent service. Lots of variety. The spice levels run on the hot side. A 3 out of 5 ranking here would be a 4 at many other restaurants, so take that into consideration when ordering.

Delicious! We were a little concerned because this restaurant is in a small strip mall, but were we ever pleasantly surprised!it was lunch time and pretty full, but we were seated within moments after being treated to a plethora of delicious smells upon entering. My partner started with shrimp rolls and dumplings that each came with what tasted like Hoisin mixed with soy and then another type of sweet/sour sauce; both were delicious on either item. Very tasty! For our entrees, my partner had Drunken Noodles with Pork which was full of a medley of flavors accented by the perfect amount of ginger. I enjoyed the Tom Yum Soup at spice level 3 - at the first spoonful, every tastebud in my mouth said, "well, heellloooooooo!", and "Hot, Hot, Hot" by Buster Poindexter started playing in my hea! My lips were instantly tingling as I enjoyed each consecutive flavor of this soup; I would suggest a lighter spice level if you do not want your sinuses to be cleared for the next month or so, but it is GOOD,The owner was so nice also! After we had eaten, she brought out a condiment caddy with three levels of spice they use and explained the spices could be put on the side ranging from "mild" to "you're kidding, right?"Try them all if you are feeling adventurous! With the fast service, gracious hospitality, and AMAZING food, we are definitely going to come back for more!19 JUNE 2024We were back in Shawnee when our plans unavoidably changed so we decided to treat ourselves and try Saya Thai for dinner...delicious yet again! This time we tried Fried Calamari and Chicken Satay with the accompanying sauces and I would recommend both; this was the first time I have ever liked a peanut sauce! For our dinner dishes, we had Pad Thai and Soy Sauce Noodles with shrimp and chicken....our food seemed better than our first visit! The owner even remembered us and brought out three different types of hot sauces/ spices for us to try on the side. For an extra treat, I had a Butterfly Pea Lemonade which was wonderful after an hot day. This place is fantastic!

Good food! It is called "1 Thai restaurant "now. Good size restaurant and clean. We order 3 things and we love them all. I specially like my noodle. It brought me back to Thailand. The potsticker is amazingly crunchy, and it is homemade, not frozen! Service is friendly. Ask the server for recommendations.

We usually call to order ahead and pick up take out when we're in town, however we stopped to eat lunch for the first time and it was absolutely fantastic. I usually frequent a few Thai places in the city, but this is hands down my absolute favorite Thai place in the state of Oklahoma. I now come to Shawnee specifically for this place. Drunken noodles are so good, the pineapple fried rice, the yellow curry is the best I've ever had (add chicken and shrimp trust me) and you cannot leave without getting the fried bananas. The fried bananas are something out of the winners circle of the state fair, they are out of this world.

Saya Thai is under new ownership and does business as 1 Thai Restaurant. Address and phone are the same. The menu has changed some with new items. While the previous owners served great food, the new owners and managers have greatly improved the quality. It is an excellent choice!
