Sandite Billiards & Grill

A divey pool bar in sand springs with a pretty good food menu and a great pool hall. I would come here for a game of pool with a group or to kick back after a day at the lake. They have pool leagues that go on, pool tournaments and such. I'm not much of a pool player but I like the laid back vibes here. As far as food goes, it's very tasty but it's slow. Don't come here if you're starving because you'll need to wait 10-20 minutes for service and then that long if not longer for the food. In the 6 years I've been stopping by I've just come to know what I'm walking into when I come here. If you come in knowing pull be in a laid back spot then great, come on down. Its not 5 stars for service and it's a five spot but their burgers and food are good and If you're looking to kick back and enjoy the slow pace then absolutely I would recommend it. It's not smokey and it's fun to chill at for some beers and pool.

Good snacks and food but awful service. The owner is an older man with a pony tail, he also works behind the bar. He has the worst attitude I've ever encountered in a bar setting. Website says open until 2:00 am but he yelled last call at 11:30 pm. Our group was playing on 3 pool tables and he came over and caused a huge scene about us putting in more quarters for another game right around midnight. He said "I'm 62 years old I don't need to deal with this shit, you need to finish this game and go." Apparently last call for alcohol is also for all pool tables too, 2 hours before close. Paid $60 in music on the jukebox and he just shut the entire thing off. He sat next to our group staring at us making rude comments for us to leave and continued to clear our tables with drinks still half full. Awful. Plenty of other places to play pool in the area and definitely more options for better service. Don't waste your time.

Nice place to chill, get something to eat and shoot some pool they have a smoking room in the back and the jukebox adds for a good atmosphere foods not crazy expensive and drinks are priced well too.

Okay atmosphere. You can tell they are a small business catering to big crowds on the weekends. (We went there once and they asked for a $10 cover so we just went to a different bar.) Don't order the chips and salsa, you can do better at home. The mushroom burger was okay. Drinks are good and they sell vapor ecigs but have a seperate smoking room. I'm a Sandite and feel bad not supporting local business. I'm just not so overly impressed to make it my scene. I'll drive the extra 10 minutes to McNellies before I go there again.

I'd give em 0 stars if I could. The staff is rude and I'm pretty sure they're racists. I couldn't prove it but I was treated "differently," for lack of a better word, than the other "paler" patrons.

If I could give negative stars I would. So I'm from here but moved some time ago and brought 9 friends in with me tonight to have some drinks. Not only did they charge our DD for her pop but told us we weren't welcome because we were taking away from them servicing their regulars. Well that's real nice seeing how I've spent enough money in that place to pay for the damn pool tables they charge for. So disappointed in y'all here. And I will be telling all of my friends and family to stay away.

It's a good place to take the kids and play pool. Lots of pool tables. We went tonight and the bartender with long great hair is very rude. My husband and son were playing football near the bar. They were both kind of singing and the bartender was being ride and told them to let the singer sing it. When he walked by my daughter n law about midnight he told us it was last call but continued to serve others. When we left another couple were complaining because of his rudeness and telling them last call to. I'm a grandma there with my stepsons, son, daughter n law, and 2 grandsons. We stay to our selves and aren't loud. It was pretty wide in there I'm not sure why the bartender is so rude or why he picks and chooses who he doesn't want to serve. My husband was the only one drinking maybe 2-3 beers.The time before we had a bday party there and the food was bad. The bartender want friendly then either.I see why they don't have much business. If they would get a friendly bartender that treated their paying customers better it would be a great place to go.

I would give negative stars if able. Been frequenting this pool hall for over 2 years now, have never had a complaint worthy of taking my own personal time to put on here until today. Either they all of a sudden started charging $1.50 for tap water OR the very rude and VERY unprofessional waitress that lives there wanted to make a little extra cash today. If that wasn't frustrating enough after asking for the water and telling the little girl that it's crazy they want a buck fifty for some tap water. She then proceeded to harass me. Keep in mind I've been going here regularly for 2 years (so yes the little girl has seen me around PLENTY of times) But yes, so she followed me into the smoke room and rudely asked to see my ID.... Upon my asking why she rudely said "just doing my job" with an eye roll etc And smiled at my fiance who I'm ALWAYS in there with and said you're fine I see you in here all the time Hahaha! She made herself look beyond pathetic, childish and DUMB for that matter. And the total lack of professionalism shot through the roof when she started cussing and running her mouth after she checked my ID and was headed out the door. She most definitely made Magoo's look like the spot to go from now on! I hope you have more pride in your business than to let someone such as herself to keep working in your establishment. We always loved coming and even liked your waitress until today. I hope she learns what professionalism and kindness are for her own sake going forward in life

This place has plenty of room, that's about all I can say for my first impression. The pool tables are some the dirtiest and filthiest pool tables I've seen. And to be holding a big tournament here, you would think they would have taken the time to at least clean the tables off. Heck the balls are not even clean either. It may sound as if I'm being harsh, but come on people.

I decided To eat here because it's the only place to eat that's close to my hotel. Hotel staff recommended it highly. I had my doubts. I'm glad that I was wrong. I had the mushroom chicken with a baked potato and it was amazing
