Sam's Warehouse Liquor store is the Best of the Best . They have everything anyone would want and they always keep everything stocked and if they don't have it they will order it for you . They always aim to please their customer's . When you first walk in you can see and smell how Clean this establishment is . They have the most professional , the friendliest and the most knowledgeable staff .Sam, the owner , is wise beyond his year's . His son Sammi , is just as Intelligent as his dad / Sam. I know that Linda has worked there for at least 30 year's . She is Aces ! John has worked there for many years as well and he is so very Helpful and Excellent at his job , as they all are .This Business is nothing short of ... Top Notch . They provide the BEST Liquor , the most reasonable Prices and the kindest and most " down to earth " individual's you will ever meet .Y'all are greatly Appreciated .Genuinely and Respectfully ...Carla , Robert and Rocket .

Great selection of local beers to choose from- we were excited to see so many choices from our favorite local breweries. The staff was super knowledgeable and made some good suggestions, and even brought out a new sour that hadn't even made it to the shelf yet for us to buy. We will def be back!

Sam's is usually where we go when we can't find daily wines we like to drink. If you like to shop at sprouts, like we do, this is a convenient location being right across the street from the grocery store. However, last few times we went out to pick up some "Dreaming Tree" Pinot noir our corner store didn't have it, our backup liquor store didn't have any either so we stopped in here at Sam's to pick some up. Nope. Didn't have any either. It was raining cats & dogs, we were out looking for wine in the worst rain storm in the history of mankind & when we pulled up to Sam's the lady behind the counter was just laughing & laughing bc my hubby ran inside getting completely soaking wet. I didn't think it was funny. And when my hubby came running back out without any "Dreaming Tree" bc they didn't have any, he didn't think that was funny either. No "Dreaming tree" pinto noir here folks. No good comparable Pinot noir's either. Just a lady that laughs & laughs at her empty handed customers getting rained on. We will continue drinking "dreaming tree" Pinot noir, and buying it by the case. From a liquor store who stocks it. A liquor store without any Pinot Noir? Yes, that's hilarious. Won't return.

Great place to shop! I found this gem when my mom was in Baptist hospital. I work in liquor sales (Missouri) and Sam's has it all! From the high end bourbons to S African wines.... Many different kinds and styles of beer both foreign and craft. And the staff is knowledgeable about their products.... Sam himself is true gentleman. Can't say enough good things about this store.

I've been coming here for years as it's the closest liquor store to my house. The staff is always very nice, it's easy to find what you are looking for, and it has a convenient location right by 63rd and May. I've never really asked a lot of questions here - I think because I see this as a neighborhood store, and not a place to go to experiment with a new wine or scotch. But they do have a wide selection and great specials.

Sam's Warehouse Liquor on 63rd & May always has a fantastic selection and great prices, as well as the willingness to order items they may not have. Excellent customer service, but today I experienced something above and beyond that. After buying some wine, my car wouldn't start. Sam himself offered to come jump the car and even clean the battery, but to no avail. My wife showed up and we took the battery to a nearby AutoZone to get the battery tested, finding out that the starter needed replacing. That part $uck$, but the fact that the owner offered his personal help when he didn't have to, put a bright spot on the situation. Thank you Sam! Everyone please check this store out if you haven't already.

Sam's is just the best possible liquor store. If you can't find it he will order it for you. If you do find it- you can rest assured that his prices cannot be beat. There might be plenty of competition for your liquor store dollars, but Sam's stands alone in my book.

I really like Sam's. I go here pretty often. The selection is respectable and the prices are decent. In general, you'll be able to find lots of good stuff here including craft beers and good whiskey. They might not cater as extensively to the specialist crowd in either category, but they still will probably have what you're looking for at a decent price most if the time. In fairness, I'm not much of a wine drinker but Sam's has a pretty extensive selection there. So there are some other places I go if I'm looking for something specific or rare that Sam's might not have, but I'd say Sam's is a solid go to for 90% of what I need. Also, Sam is usually there and he's a nice guy.

Favorite neighborhood liquor store. Great beer selection, fair prices, and a friendly staff. If you live in the Village or Nichols Hills areas, Sam's is convenient and offers great variety and value.

I have been a long time customer of Sam's Warehouse Liquor but will NEVER buy another thing from him again.We bought two bottles of wine the other night for a dinner party we were having. Tried to open the $40.00 bottle of Patz & Hall Chardonnay and the cork just crumbled-took 20 minutes to maneuver half of the cork out while the rest of the cork fell into the bottle. Poured a glass for our guest & myself, both glasses loaded with bits of cork, and we immediately looked at each other with a horrified expression!! The wine was so BAD, it tasted like old vinegar!! Took the bottle back to Sam's Warehouse liquor wanting to exchange for something else. The lady at the register went to the back to get Sam. She came back and said he was eating lunch and did not have time to talk with me. She said there are no refunds, returns, OR exchanges!! REALLY!! So I just wasted $40.00 on a BAD bottle of wine!! DO NOT buy from this dishonest man!! Take your business elsewhere
