Ashlyn was amazing , super friendly and she definitely knew what she was doing . I felt super comfortable and the vibe was chill . I will definitely continue to get serviced by her again . Thank you again , I feel beautiful

First time to this hair salon and everything went amazing everyone was friendly and welcoming. Egor whom did my hair did an excellent job I love how my hair turned out did everything exactly how I wanted.

Can't say enough good things about my experience here today. Sarah was the kindest and most warmly welcoming to me as a first time guest at this salon. Had a fantastic shampoo / blow dry, some lovely conversation, and even left with a goodie bag of product samples. And the prices are the best in town for such an amazing service. I will absolutely be back! So grateful to have discovered Salon W thanks to all of its glowing Yelp reviews already posted here- all of which are true!

If I could put zero stars, I would. I came in today, and I requested a trim and to continue with the layers I already have. I was directed to Ana. I don't know how but she completely botched it. My hair was down to past my butt, and she cut off a lot more than I requested. on top of it my hair is all jagged across, she didn't even comb my hair up to cut it. She simply went across my whole head and literally cut it while it was down, no comb. I've been growing out my hair for about five years now, so to have this done to me was devastating. She finished cutting my hair, and asked me if I wanted to shampoo it. AFTER SHE CUT IT. I've literally never had an experience like this, and expected a lot better because of how the salon was rated, and the reviews that were posted. I am yet to get a refund or have anybody reach out to me.

Ashlyn did such an amazing job! Came in for a trim/style and she took so much care making sure the experience was top notch, from the awesome wash (I almost fell asleep, it was so relaxing) to telling me about all the great holiday deals Salon W had going and describing the process/products she was using on my hair. She was just a natural with doing the face framing and my hair felt so polished, healthy and silky afterwards.

Requested a "fix" for my bad cut from different salon. Lexi was careful not to make things worse. With a little tweak here and a minor tweak there I left with an amazing style.

Such great service! I saw Mai Ngo at Salon W, and she gave me the exact blonde I was going for! The salon also has a cute vibe and refreshments for their guests. Definitely recommend for all your hair needs!

After moving to the area from California and upon research of near by salons I choose Salon W as their website and advertising stood out to be very professional. JJ was my selected stylist and I couldn't be happier with my results. I have now been to him for two very different services, satisfied with both. I honestly haven't ever received more complaints on my hair than after JJ magic touch. I would recommend!!!

The salon is very clean and all the girls there seem very sweet, today was my first visit at this salon and I did not leave disappointed!! I booked an appointment with Madison as soon as i texted her she responded within minutes, she has very good customer service and did an amazing job she took me from a medium brown to a beautiful blonde I will definitely be booking another appointment with her! I also want to add I am very picky about anyone who does my hair especially when I'm going blonde I rarely go back to the same person but Madison did such an amazing job to the point if she were to move half way across the world i'd be flying to her every appointment

I moved from Arizona to Oklahoma and needed a new stylist specializing in layered curly hair, which is hard to find and trust. I read the reviews and Mindy did not let me down! She was right on queue with how I wanted my hair cut and super nice, customer service outstanding! I would highly recommend her to others and the shop was beautiful and made you feel at home.
