The food is flavorful, authentic German cuisine, with friendly service and in-house beers on tap. There is a full gluten-free menu. This is our new must-stop restaurant for every time that we are in the area.

Good food and wonderful service! We went for the buffet and loved having the variety!

Ambiance: We visited Royal Bavaria twice, the first time we sat outside, the second time inside. Would recommend making the reservation and sitting inside, listening to accordion music. It's a mood!Service: The staff was friendly and attentive. Food: We ordered a lot! Charcuterie board, pretzels, wurst, Jägerschnitzel with mushroom sauce and noodles, and multiple liters of drinks.Has a good selection of beer, from light and citrusy to dark and bold. Food was delicious, specifically the noodles and sauerkraut. Would return, and would recommend!

Wife and I ate here again last night for our anniversary dinner. Great as always. Andy runs a terrific restaurant. She had her favorite (can't spell the German name but it's known as the beef roll) and was excellent as always. For the first time I tried the veal and it was delicious. I loved the pretzel dumplings. They were also a first time for me to try. Substituted the red cabbage for the asparagus as I can't get enough of their red cabbage.

What a hidden gem! It's off the beaten path but so worth the drive. Large portions of delicious, authentic Bavarian staples. Fantastic beers they brew on site. Prices are great as well! Highly recommend a visit!

Zack made our night!We had such a blast at Royal Bavaria and a big part of that was our awesome server, Zack! This guy was super friendly from the get-go and made us feel totally comfortable.He knew the menu like the back of his hand and gave us some killer recommendations (that schnitzel was to die for!). Not only was the food amazing, but Zack just made the whole experience better.He was always there when we needed something, like more drinks or extra napkins, but never in an annoying way. Plus, he was super easy to chat with and actually seemed interested in talking to us! Also the atmosphere was amazing! We sat outside and enjoyed a live band. He played some amazing music! Honestly, Zack was the best, and he's a big reason why we'll definitely be back to Royal Bavaria for him - you won't regret it! I will fly back from Colorado again just to come back to this place and have him as my server again!

Be aware, after driving 40 minutes and arriving on a cold post snow/ice period and slushing through the muddy parking lot, we was told by the young be speckled hostess they only serve corporate type parties. They do not accommodate walk ins nor take out or let you sit at the bar to eat. They should update the website but I'm thinking things have changed and owners and chefs are stepping away. It's a shame, to see them go out of business.

The worst service period. Do not eat at this place it's awful. Horrible vibes. Don't waste your time or money.

This restaurant is authentic German cuisine through and through. The owner Andy is genuine and a true gentleman. Food is amazing! As a traveler who has been to Germany, you will be hard pressed to find something this good anywhere. I've been coming here for 10 years and it never disappoints!
