Great place to live. This place is different from others. You can tell the manager actually cares about the property. Things is always gettin fixed and at night its safe and quiet there's a security team. Really improved and they seem to be continuing.

Beware: I rented a one bedroom in this apartment complex for three months. I should have known there was something wrong on the first day (i.e. the strong smell of Pine-sol). It took me a week to find out why there were so many gnats. Two ten-pound bags of potatoes were left in the bottom of a cabinet from the last tenant (cleaning lady sucks!). They had pretty much turned to watery goop with maggots!!! EWE!!! And the smell!!!! Hence the pine-sol. The cleaning lady's husband came over and cleaned it up. When I moved here with my fiancé we were told we would have to pay double the deposit ($400). Guess what? When I moved out they informed me that they do not even charge a deposit (management fee - not refundable). Since I decided that these apartments were not working for me, we decided to break out lease ($2000 fee). Most places only charge you one month or two months of rent to break your lease. Not these crooks. The house had not been cleaned when I moved in. There was old used q-tips in the one working drawer in the bathroom, the toilet tank had a piece of wire on it that made the handle on the toilet flush. Replaced that myself with a sandwich tie when it broke (no maintenance to speak of). When I was moving out I was going to throw away my bed frame but noticed the sign on the dumpster saying that we could not throw our furniture in it. So, we left it beside the dumpster. Within a few minutes, here comes the cleaning lady saying that if we leave it there we will be charged ($750). The women in the office are not nice at all. One of them seemed nice at first, but let me tell you, they are both capable of becoming the most offending women on the planet. While we were moving, my aunt backed in to make it easier for us two women to load out the furniture. The put a sticker on her drivers' side window that said that the vehicle would be towed. She had just had surgery two days before, so we were trying to make it as easy as possible for her. Apartment complex does not care. Was told by another resident that they pick and choose who to put stickers on for. One of the maintenance men has a car that does not even run in the parking lot (no sticker). I would never recommend this apartment to anyone. Before you sign the lease, just check for one thing (Does it show the deposit you are paying on the paperwork? (Nowhere on my lease does it have a deposit of $400 showing or a management fee either). I have the money order where I paid it, but not where it was charged by them. Why?
