Solid management apartments. Great place to be at. On top of fixing everything and apartments are clean. Friendly staff and easy to work with. Highly recommend. Apartment prices are fair.

Rolling Greeens is disgusting. I lived there 3 weeks and caught 35 mice. Yes Ladonna gave me glue traps, but my daughter got sick with hantavirus. Please don't try to make these apartments your home especially if you have children. My daughter had 3 surgeries and we had to get rid of all our furniture and start fresh. The apartment complex didn't apologize nor did they even attempt to replace my furniture. Oh yes and I did make a report with the health dept and Metro fair housing for those who were interested in living in Rolling Green please check out this authentic information before putting you and your family at risk.
