Bacon philly cheesesteak was just okay. I hated the cheap, extra soft and bready hoagie roll. Plus too little meat and cheese. First one they made us they also left off my bacon, making it with too much lettuce and ranch dressing. I should have just left both of those off, but then there would have been not much to the sandwich. Sooo I had to walk all the way back to their truck in 90 degree heat just to get my damn bacon. At least then they did remake me a replacement (thus the 2nd star). Funny thing is, also when ordering I asked for bacon "extra crispy" which he repeated back to me in agreement...Umm, pretty hard to do when it is in fact BACON BITS. He also tried to charge our card twice what was due, but my husband caught the "mistake" and spoke up. Chicken strips looked processed and definitely boring. Fries thumbs down too. Definitely skip this place that's cutting corners and "mixing up" orders, and instead spend your hard-earned $ at ever-present and much superior Chef Ray's instead (hot chicken & fries, please!). You'll be thanking me later.

om nom nom, om nom, om nom nom.the only thing that kept me from motorboating my Philly sammich, or eating it like a cartoon character was the presence of other satisfied customers enjoying thier own chunk of heaven on a bun or plate.if you see this truck parked nearby, run, don't walk over to it and give your tastebuds the jolt they have been missing. you will not be disappointed!!!

Found this gem at the Chisholm Trail Festival. Sheer. Deliciousness!!! Our party had the steak fajita fries, chicken stuffed quesadilla, chicken basket, and Cajun fried pickles. He was respectful of other vendors & didn't sell tea, lemonade, or water, so definitely a classy move. Worth every penny of the reasonable cost.

Service was wonderful! The staff in the trailer were cracking jokes and had a great attitude even though it was very hot and they were super busy. The Fajita Fry was delicious. My husband had the wrap, our kids had corndogs and chicken strips and you could tell everything was made with love. Seemed a little pricey but well worth it! Definitely recommend!

We ate at the Rolling Cafe food truck at the 89ers Festival in Guthrie. The pictures of the steak fajita fries looked absolutely amazing! What we were served looked nothing like the pictures. The fries were not cooked and were cold. The "carmelized" onions and peppers were cold like they came straight from the fridge. Minimal amounts of steak that was flavorless. After paying $14 for the fries, they were thrown in the trash. Worst food truck I have ever eaten at. Definitely do not recommend .
