Riverwind Hotel

So I have been mistaken...The presidential suite is the holy grail of all suites. The presidential suite is the more spacious suite with an indoor Jacuzzi. Geez...I must have lost a lot of money to have gotten that room many...years ago. Now they only give me a King suite, but at least it's free. Is it free though? HECK NO.The King suite at Riverwind is about the same as other 3 star hotel's King suite. It's nice and comfortable, with decent amenities and service. Customer could have been friendlier, but apparently the receptionist only slept 3 hours. Yeah, she appeared fatigue. Can't really complain much here because at least they give you a little back for your losses. If they would have given me the presidential suite, then I would have given a better rating.

The hotel was decent. I have no complaints. A place to lay down after gambling at the casino. They had some good chocolate left out for guests in the room. Everything is clean but wish there was a valet for the hotel side to make parking easier for guests who are staying there. The valet section is on the other side not within walking distance to the hotel if you want to get into a room quickly without having to worry about parking.

Just checked into hotel not happy they are not giving complimentary breakfast or drinks with room offer. Nice room. Bathroom wasn't the cleanest of floors.

This place is amazing. They are so nice. The rooms are awesome. The service is unbelievably good. They actually stay in contact without being annoying, or oppressive. It seems like they give more than they take.The staff are kind, and positive.I've never had a better hotel/casino experience. Ever.

Lovely room and literally the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on in a hotel/motel. There's also easy access to the casino via the 3rd floor without having to go outside. I would definitely stay here again, without hesitation.

Longtime fan of Winstar Casino and can never get complimentary rooms on the weekend there which brings me to Riverwind Hotel Review. This Casino and Hotel has been so delightful and rewarding to say the least. We have found our new home away from home. The Casino is always clean, fast and friendly service and the hotel is outstanding. It was nice and quiet, very comfortable and the best of all this hotel and casino did not wreak of smoke. Passing through Norman OK, I would definitely stop in and stay the night. Totally worth it.

Riverwind is the best thing 30 miles in either direction from OKC! Good dealers, not so smoky you get a headache in 30 minutes

No microwave, decent mini fridge, and toilet leaking. TV screen quality is very very low, not a smart TV. Wouldn't have stayed here if we knew these things ahead of time. In room dining- takes a long time, so don't order when you are starving. Ordered burger and fries, burger was good, fries were cold and soggy.

Riverwind hotel in my opinion is very best hotel. The room are very clean . staff is always happy to help you. I wish I knew the lady name who work at front desk on June 20 around around 6 pm You couldn't asked for nicest person she went out of her way to make you feel like you family. When they offer a comp room, they don't tell you they are going to charge $75 for the room. They don't know customer service. But they do know how you rip off customers.
