This is an awesome park!Very quiet other than the annoying train that comes through between 10pm and 6am they love to blow the horn a million times and act like people aren't sleeping. The owners are nice and Ms. Vickie who helps run the park is really nice and really easy to get along with.I am glad we found this park to stay in as we are from out of state.

This place isn't too hot; paid $30/night. RVs are packed in, most are old and look permanent, and there's anything remotely pretty about it. The entrance is very steep AND curved. There are cars always parked partially in the street and the owners dogs bark - a lot! My husband went to the office 3 times to pay and there was never anyone there. The owner finally came to our door.We stayed there in a fifth wheel that's really long (40+ feet). The site we were in was long enough, barely, and it was pretty level. They do have good cable channels but a really weird setup. Ours was ok but the others looked like they were attached to a central pedestal and strung from one rv to another, under and around. Very strange. The bathrooms were large and clean, I think there were only 2. The one I used didn't have a soap dispenser. Good thing I have hand sanitizer.Do you remember the movie "My Cousin Vinny?" The train that ran right beside the hotel? Well, there's on just down the hill and when that whistle blew - which it did at least 4 times a night - it sounded like it was going through our living room. There aren't a lot of places to stay in the Tulsa area but if we come back, we'll look for something else.

A mostly residential RV park on a hill. Not my first choice, but for just overnight it was OK. The people were nice, but there were no facilities to speak of. I really try to stay at KOA's, but this fit the bill for our distance that day. I would stay again if I had to.

I stayed for a month at Riverview RV Park in Sand Springs. I was very pleased with my lot and the owners and staff were very kind and helpful. During the 4th of July celebration, we all got together at the park's gazebo and had hot dogs and other picnic foods. Then we got an awesome view of the fireworks that were launched on the other side of the Arkansas River from us.The park was clean as were the restrooms and laundry. I felt very safe and I felt that my RV was secure there. The owners and staff watch over the park carefully and they also have security cameras mounted around the park. The prices were quite reasonable and the views were really nice. I even enjoyed the sounds of the trains as they passed down by the river. They gave me pleasant memories of my childhood.I will definitely be visiting Riverview RV Park again when I pass that way.
