This place is horrible. They let me think it would take a short time to diagnose my car. They also led me to believe it was a simple fix to program my keys. After 3 hrs. and me asking them several times, they tell me it's the starter and water pump. Then proceed to give me an estimate over $1000. They are very dishonest and don't care at all about their customers. I will never go back.

I recently purchased a used H2 SUT from this dealership on October 24th 2018. I returned the truck today, November 12th 2018 because of a text message from the salesman. The salesman, Chris Martin, sent me a text asking to call him to talk about a better rate. I asked him at least three times what the new rate would be and he never answered. The last message I sent to Chris was sent on the 6th of November. Here is the text (edited for language): Here is your answer do you do at all the f****** car bring it back now else we will call the police did I get to attentional that's ourChris Martin sent that message on the 10th. I gave this dealership two stars because everyone else at that dealership was respectful. It takes just one to ruin the experience. If you go there stay away from Chris Martin.

I would suggest that if you are wanting parts for your vehicle do not go to this place, I ordered a new back bumper for my 2018 Dodge power wagon 10 days ago and no bumper yet. I was told several times it would be in tomorrow. Never showed up. I was also charged over 200 dollarsmore than I would have payed else where.

I came into the dealer asking to have my batteries replaced, the tech told me that it wasn't my batteries but the ECM before he even tested anything. Two days later and $2700 later they sent me on my way, in less than two hours I started having the same problems with my battery, I pulled into a Wal-Mart and they replaced my batteries and solved all my problems. Beware of Riverside, I think they are what everyone thinks of with car dealers, they took advantage of me, replaced things that did not need to be replaced and wouldn't admit to being wrong when clearly they were. I think they just wanted to make the extra sale for someone out of town. I would push my car past them before having them work on it again!
