Great experience & customer service. I live in Texas and I ordered my counter through through Michael via text messages & pictures for my daughters house in OK. Could not ask for a better experience. From ordering to measuring to installation it was all flawless. We ended up with back splash that did not meet the tile on the wall on 1 side (from previous owners tile work). They cut a new back splash to match the tile, one side a bit higher for no charge. It looks great and he stayed within my budget. they worked around my goofy schedule and my farm house sink, it looks great. Thank you so much!!

Product was great! The stone looks amazing. Unfortunately my cabinets were damaged in the process.

This company has no interest in it's customers. They sold the slabs that we chose, after delaying our house construction almost a month. They didn't apologize, or explain why, or even bother mentioning a discount if we chose different slabs. If you want a reliable company, avoid this one.

Really terrible experience here, unfortunately. Bad communication, poor customer service. Would love to post examples of how they speak to their customers, but not worth the time. Needless to say, you (the customer) will always be wrong, and they (the salesmen) will always be right. There are other places with much better customer service that will show much more care towards your project. Highly recommend looking elsewhere. Further, their selections were much smaller than the other places we went (we only used them because our contractor suggested them). If you do chose to work with them, do everything via email. Phone and in person conversations were totally forgotten and disregarded. Hate to rat on a small group, but trying to save other people from the experience we had. Way too much added stress to a remodel. Best of luck on your project!
