I moved into these apts 2 yrs ago pd 750 deposit.. the apt I moved into was filthy .. the walls wasn't painted & the carpet wasn't replaced..sink was constantly getting clogged up.. I finally was able to move out 2 yrs later & I was expecting my $750 deposit back as I was told from the office mgr..however now they say they used my deposit to paint the walls & to replace the carpet. These ppl are a rip off ..during the time I lived there my rent was starting at 609..my lease was renewed without me even knowing about it..& my rent went up to $638.. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THESE APTS TO NO ONE..

Amazing place with awesome staff! Just moved in and all they've been is reasonable and down to earth! The neighborhood is so nice and the deals are so great. Best place I've ever had the pleasure to move into.

Keep getting phone calls from their fax machine. Called and spoke to someone named Kayla and she acted like I was delusional. Have phone calls recorded anymore so I can prove this if I keep getting these calls.

Moved in last year. The apartment was suppose to be "ready to be moved in". There were cracks in the wall that still needed repair, doors not put in, wall outlets that didn't work (half still dont), no washer or dryer (went 3 weeks without it), sinks leaking and causing mold, paint stains on the carpets, we didn't have a freaking toilet for the first days!!!! ( The toilet was in the tub!)Throughout our stay here over the last year we had to fight mice and bugs!!! And everytime I'd go tell the office the manager would be very very rude and hateful. She always tried to make it seem like it's our fault why we have creatures. It took 3 months of me taking pictures of mice and bugs just to get their attention! All they gave me were sticky traps! Never got an exterminator til they got tired of me asking!(They claim they sent out exterminators every 3 month. But they dont!!!) They will over charge you on repairs and always try to twist it to make it seem you're the problem!I've been kind to everyone who works here and all but the manager is great! The manager is a rude woman who will push all of the problems on other people and she doesn't care to help you at all!! Anytime you go to her for a problem she will make it seem like you're lying and that you are the cause of the problem!!!!DON'T EVER RENT HERE!!!!

When I first moved into this apartment I loved it. Rent was reasonable, office staff and maintenance were awesome. Not anymore. I trusted them and got screwed. I work during their office hours so I had to communicate via letters and voice messages. I gave them two handwritten letters and 4 phone calls 30 days before, during and after my move out on may 1. I called even to thank them and make sure they got my keys. All was well until they sent me a bill claiming I didn't give them 30 days notice, charged me for a month of rent that I actually paid and a month I wasn't living there. Plus added on bogus costs for repairs that I had asked them to fix the entire year I lived there. There wasn't even a screen door when I moved in, then when they finally put one it fell off during every storm. They are charging me $1800 after my $700 dog deposit. NO. I am contacting a lawyer and will not be subjected to this kind of dishonesty. Do NOT rent here and tell all of your friends. Utter betrayal of my trust and my good nature. Oh and to top it off. I referred my friend there, so they technically owe me the $200 referral fee.

These people are a bunch of fucking liars and the my little sister me and my wife were coming back from the pool and the nasty ass people painting the apartments were whistleing at my little sister and wife and then instead of asking us to move our vehicles they slung paint all over our car people are wack af we moved out cleans the apartment I have videos proving the said we left it dirty if you guys are looking for a place to live skip over this shit hole

DO NOT RENT HERE!!!If I could leave today I would. We had an issue with MOLD, an unsafe balcony(can't even stand on it), hornets & wasps getting into our apartment because the windows weren't sealed properly, and A/C issues that we called about more than once(finally fixed today no thanks to the "property manager" Kayla). That's just to name a few of the several issues we've encountered since 11/2018. Moving on to Kayla, the property manager. Anyone that has recently left a review referring to her mistreatment of residents are NOT lying. The incident that happened to my family today was unacceptable. My husband called her about the A/C unit and she had an attitude. He proceeds to go into the front office to discuss her attitude & the A/C issue(we have kids and the apt was 85 degrees upstairs & 79 downstairs). They exchanged words, he asked her for Corporate's number, and she proceeds to call the police on my husband for "trespassing". The frustration that we have is due to work orders not being addressed or completed correctly(they put a bandaid on the problem instead of actually fixing it). Fast forward to 3:30pm, I come to the office to get Corporate's number because my husband tells me the number she gave him didn't work. I didn't even address her when I came into the office. She immediately gets defensive when i ask the leasing agent for the number & asked who called the police on my husband. Kayla stated "i did & I'll call the police on you too because you're coming in here being hateful. The number worked when I gave it to him" I told her "I'm not even speaking to you, but since you're threatening me with calling the police I want your supervisor's number." She gives me the number and I leave the office. However, I go back into the office around 4:30pm because I wanted to know when our lease was up & to also sign the "notice to vacate" form before the office closes. Her attitude is totally different from before so I'm thinking we can talk like adults. After completing the paperwork, I informed her that she was wrong for threatening me with calling the police when I didn't do anything to her(wasn't rude, didn't threaten her, didn't curse her out). I asked her for an apology which she refused and tried to deflect the issue back onto my husband & I. I'll be discussing this & any future issues with Mary Kay from now on. Kayla is unprofessional, rude, & clearly shouldn't be a property manager if she can't communicate efficiently.P.S. I called Mary Kay to address the issues & she was very professional & concerned. I'm going to give Mary Kay an opportunity to make up for Kayla's mishaps and piss poor management skills.

Long story short, I've dealt with more issues living in this apartment the past 5 months than I've ever had in all of my other apartments COMBINED. Moved in in the middle of January.. the day I moved in, we were supposed to have an insane winter storm. For some reason, they decided to not check my heater before a tenant moved in in the middle of winter? Went 3-4 weeks with my house at 50 degrees a day before they finally offered to let me use a space heater or there's for a few days. I called about it over and over again over the 3-4 weeks and they ALWAYS had some excuse as to why they couldn't fix it. Then, a few months down the line, we start having hot days 85+ and how "surprising" to see that my AC doesn't work either! So clearly, these maintenance guys/ managers don't check the apartments before their tenants move in-disgusting if u ask me. After putting my initial complaint in, I waited 3 days before calling again because nobody had shown up still. They claimed I "never put a work order in" and said they'd get to it that day. End of the day comes and nobody has fixed my AC or even attempted to. I called the office multiple times throughout the day and they keep telling me "he's getting to it". I ended up walking to the maintenance shed myself to see if the managers had even told them (since it's clear nobody here cares too much) and the maintenance guy literally told me "I'm not going to fix it today because I don't want too" this was Jeremy, their main maintenance guy. I ended up calling corporate and they got them to fix it the following day, but after they let me know that the managers straight up lied to me because my work order was definitely there on the computer. About 5-6 weeks later, my AC is no longer working AGAIN. I call their emergency line and explain that I know this might not be considered an emergency so if that's the case, please call me back and let me know when you can come fix it. Obviously I had a little attitude? I've gone through hell with this place and it's only been a few months? After Jeremy ignored my call all night, I call him again at 5 am because my apartment is at 80 degrees I cannot sleep at all!!! He immediately answers with attitude constantly heavy sighing at me, no regard for me at all. Throughout that day, he came and went as he pleased, never once communicating with me what was going on with my AC. About 12 pm he leaves and literally not once every shows back up again although my ac is clearly not working still. I call at 2:30 and shows up to my apartment, puts a filter in it, and says "it's fixed" while slamming my door on his way out. 5 hours later, my house has not cooled down at all. I call again, YES WITH SOME ATTITUDE (as I'm sure everyone can agree I had every right to throw a little attitude at this point!) and he calls me back and literally ARGUED AND SCREAMS WITH ME, the tenant who pays to live here!!!! He calls me a brat, tells me directly my dogs can get over it "give them some water?", tells me he DOES NOT have to fix anything because it's not his job(what? You're the maintenance guy?), says he doesn't care how hot I am if he doesn't wanna fix it that day he does not have too, directly admitted that the apartments didn't check anything before I moved in and added "boo hoo so what?" while he was at it. I tell him that I'm going to have to call corporate then because this isn't okay at all that I've gone through the ac not working, heater not working, and know the maintenance guy is completely arguing with me over HIS JOB!!!! He concludes with "I'll talk to my supervisor, won't be calling you back, and definitely won't be fixing it today" as he laughs. Corporate calls me a few days later and I tell them that I will let it all go, all I ask is that they let me move out fee free. I think I deserve that much after being completely disrespected from every single staff member that works here. They tell me they will not do that because they feel the maintenance guy had every right to argue with me because I had an attitude!! WHAT?!?!! This apartment let's their employees talk to you however they want if you shoot an attitude with them!! EVEN WHEN THEYRE COMPLETELY AT FAULT AND THEY KNOW IT!!!! So now, I'm stuck living in this apartment for the next 6 months unless I want to pay over $950 in fees to leave. I'd never recommend this apartment Complex to anyone

The management is absolutely terrible. The apartments themselves are not bad looking but the manager, *redacted* , treats her employees and renters like trash. If you do not cover your bases, they will look for any excuse to extort money out of you.An example, when I moved in, the blinds were dirty and yellow and I expressed concern, they assured me that if I filed a maintenance request, it would get fixed. I filed a maintenance request in the office and it never got done; come move out day, they charged me $18.19 to replace the blinds that were dirty from before I moved in. I steam-cleaned the carpet 5 times that year on my own dime and yet when move-out day comes, they still try to charge me a carpet cleaning fee, even though I left the apartment cleaner than I got it. They belittle their staff. In front of residents, the manager berates her workers and treats them like incompetent children. It is embarrassing and makes everyone uncomfortable. She is not very professional.The actions of management are fraudulent and need to be addressed, or I fear this type of extortion will continue on the other residents.

I just signed my lease with the property, and Deanna was so helpful. She worked with my schedule and made sure that I could get everything that I needed before I signed. Hospitality is such a big part of the lease experience for me, and she made everything so much easier. Really appreciate her flexibility and response time. Great experience so far!
