Rings Etc. is truly a gem. The level of customer care this family owned business has is incomparable We purchased both of our wedding bands from here along with a few specialty estate pieces. I absolutely love their selection and enjoy coming in. I highly recommend rings etc in downtown Edmond when you're looking for fine jewelry. The quality and selection are wonderful and the staff top notch. Candice really went out of her way to help my now fiancé in the selection of a perfect engagement ring, she went to great lengths to educate him about diamonds and settings. I am so in love with my absolutely stunning and unique engagement ring that feels so custom to my taste. If you have not shopped at this local gem, I recommend that you do so soon. My husband purchased my wedding ring from this place. We love Roger and his family. He has added my wedding band and my 5 year band to my ring. They are very helpful and very accommodating. Horrible customer service. Would not drop a dime at this shit hole. The workers need to rethink there profession and get a job flipping burgers, obviously customer service isn't there thing

Went in looking to sell a ring that was given to me by my grandmother. I never wanted to part ways with the last precious tangible memory of her but as I'm sure we can all agree, times are extremely tough right now and we needed money to pay rent. My fiancé and I felt judged as soon as we walked in the door. We felt like they thought we didn't belong there. After explaining we didn't know much about the ring's history or worth and only about two minutes of the jeweler's examination, we were told he would only buy the gold in which he offered us a mere sum of $60. He was "not interested" in the jewels because he assumed the center stone to be a cubic zirconia and the emeralds to be worth close to nothing. We politely declined and crossed the street to Kannard Jewelers. Following a warm welcome and absolutely no judgment, we were offered a total of $670 for the entire piece. Bottom line and long story short, I would suggest taking any jewelry you're considering to sell elsewhere (i.e. Kannard Jewelers!)

I needed to get my fiancé's engagement ring increased a half size and they completed it and had it ready for me to give the next day. The work was flawless. Every other jeweler was saying a minimum of 7 days. Ring's Etc Fine Jewelry will have all my business.

This is my all-time favorite jewelry store. My husband has purchased my engagement ring, wedding band, and two pairs of diamond earrings for me at rings etc. We have been so pleased with every product. They make beautiful custom jewelry. Roger has resized jewelry for us, cleaned our jewelry, and even purchased our scrap gold. Rings etc is run by the sweetest family with the best customer service. Their prices are better than any large jewelry store you will ever shop at. Don't hesitate to visit them when you're in the market for some new fine jewelry!

This place is AMAZING. Small shop, but so many options!My (now fiance) and I walked in 30 minutes before they closed. He had just picked me up from the airport and surprised me by taking me to Ring's Etc. to pick out my engagement ring!!They were super welcoming regardless of us walking in so close to closing hours, and helped me to pick out my most perfect ring.We took the stone from one ring, and the band from the other. They made the swap and had it ready for him to pick up 2 days later. They took so much time to help us, and showed us so many different rings to accommodate our style and price range. I definitely recommend everyone to go here for their jewelry. The service is beyond exceptional!
