I Came for a diagnostic, didn't receive a call back in two days, call up to find out the diagnostic still hasn't been ran, pick up my vehicle but now with a disconnected radio and drained battery(both issues that weren't there prior). Service manager Tim said the techs "have no clue what happened." Go figure, wouldn't take any vehicle I own or company owns here. Extremely untrustworthy! Shows why this isn't a 5 star Ford....

Reynolds Ford of OKC7320 Northwest Expy, Oklahoma City, OK 73132Ford dealerKarla Nutty115 points If I could give this car dealership service department 0 stars I would. I have had the worst experience with this service department than any other I have ever dealt with. I have a 2019 Mustang GT still under warranty that has oil consumption issues at 3,600 miles. I brought it in for the oil consumption and other engine noise. Service advisor Lisa Lasher treated me like she didn't care at all or have any kind of concern that I was dissatisfied with my car. They charged me for an oil change and they marked the dip stick. I came in 2,000 miles later with the same complaints and the oil level was indeed concerningly low again. I had scheduled service online with a loaner 1 week prior to me coming in. When I arrived they told me I had no appointment when it was clearly in the emails in my phone showing reminder and confirmation that this had been scheduled. Lisa came out and tried to argue with me saying that my engine is normal and the typewriter tick is normal when that wasn't my complaint. My car doesnt actually have the typewriter tick anyway. This is very sickening to have dealt with this at a Ford dealership when my father was a mechanic at Ford for 20 years. I actually do not know why Ford would hire someone that treats people the way that Lisa does. I don't think that Walmart would even hire her with that kind of attitude and rudeness. I will be making sure and going out of my way to ensure no one I know brings their vehicle to this dealership for service and that they do not purchase a vehicle here.

Garbage service and communication. They do not honor appointments made via the Ford app. So that's pretty much useless and free oil change not honored. Had to go somewhere else last minute. Probably won't buy another truck there again.

I just moved here from out of state, so I'm not familiar with the area yet. While at work on my lunch break, it was an absolutely beautiful day so I opened my sunroof and enjoyed the hour. I went to close it and it was stuck, stuck wide open. I tried pushing all the buttons but nothing. Over the next few days forecast showed rain, but my truck is too tall to fit in my garage! I called a ford dealer close to home and they blew me off telling me to buy some plastic and tape it up, they would not take it in and didn't have an appointment for 2 weeks!!! Shocked to say the least! I called Reynolds's Ford of OKC and they were able to take my truck right away and park it inside away from weather until the part came in to fix the sunroof! And to top it off it was completed in 1 day! Jaxon responded to me with all the updates, and the customer service from everyone working there is absolutely amazing!! I will never go elsewhere, thank you Reynolds's Ford for taking care of your customers!!!

I had a intermittent problem with the explorer I tow behind my motorhome with getting the neutral towing to work. Took the tech time to find the problem and replace the part. But he stuck with it and now works great. Service advisor Tim King advised me every day of progress.

Service dept screwed up my oil change by failing to put the lid back on tight enough or maybe at all. It wasn't on when we got home. Luckily we caught it before things went south too badly. We hope!

Had to return to Reynolds Ford for 2 back door latches on an F150. After a day and half of waiting they said it would be $475 PER latch...we had no choice and agreed on only 1 door latch as we didn't want to spend 900$ for 2 locks. Again, there were bugs in the waiting room but the driver who brought me home and returned the next day to get me was a doll.I just don't understand 475$ PER DOOR latch....the workers don't really want to be there and the girl in the office who you make your payment too was on the phone the entire time talking about a 15 yr old who she didn't want.Too expensive and it takes too long to get your car. but that's my opinion.

I'll start with, the only bright spot with this car buying process is Elias. This guy was so nice and helpful. Let's get into it. My wife totaled her 2020 Ford Fusion so we were on the hunt for a basic SUV all we really wanted was a bigger screen for navigation purposes. We told them over and over what our payments were ($377) with an incredible and unbeatable interest rate (.9%). We were realistic in that we probably were NOT going to get that rate again. That was okay. We knew that going in. We started with saying that we were interested in an escape or eco sport. Something on the cheaper end. Obviously there is limited inventory so neither of those options were available. We were shown a 2021 Nissan Kicks. - valued brand new at about 19.5K. Right in our price range. There were no floor mats, the car was dirty but had the basics of what we needed. We test drove it and started with numbers. (The real fun part). Elias was open about how at this dealership they AGREE on a price. Which we settled on 24.8K. In my opinion STILL overpriced but it's fine. We were told "at this point we just want to get rid of this car". Tyler, the manager came in after I countered and basically said they couldn't go down any further. That they would then lose money on it. He said "I don't ever want to get someone in with finance and then their payments are double what they thought." When we moved to finance, I started to get cold feet. Yes the maintenance package and the warranty was great but it would make our payments $502. Our fusion payments again, we're $377. So we were already over budget. Not once did finance give us the total of the car. They focused on ONLY telling us how much our payments would be. I mentioned 3 times how I wanted to come back on Monday with a down payment and was basically dismissed. And was told "well the difference would be $50". Doesn't matter. The moment someone says I'd like to come back, that's a hint. Or at least it should be. When I finally got all the paperwork together the next day imagine my surprise when I saw the total amount financed was 35,000. For a car that OFF THE LOT costs 19.5K. This car was used with 4800 miles. Not to mention with interest the total amount of the car would be almost FORTY THREE thousand dollars. That is more than my F-150 cost brand new. When we called to ask about possible return of the vehicle since this was WAY out of our price range, finance said "we don't accept returns". Tyler, the manager said "let me get more information and I will get back to you soon" ...2 days later and I still have not heard back. Bottom line is, it wasn't a horrific deal but we definitely could have gotten something else for $502 a month. We just should have taken our time and resisted the pressure.

I was contacted by the Sales manager Zach about a used Volkswagen Passat I inquired about on Autotrader. Right off the bat he started with the high pressure sales tactics. First he emailed me then he text me within minutes of my inquiry stating that he "Already had several people look at the car". I told him I had a 2018 Tacoma that i was looking at trading with cosmetic damage to the front bumper and that I was hoping to get a rough idea of they're trade offer. He responded with "because of the damage he really needed to look at the truck in person". So in short his answer was a non-answer followed by pressuring me to come in today. At this point I stopped responding because I lost interest. Three days later he sent me a text asking me to send him pictures of my 2018 Tacoma. If he said that in the first place instead of playing games, he might have gotten a decent little sale. My Fico is 803, so really his attitude was the only thing that hurt that sale.I'm not naïve, I understand this is the game most car salesmen play, but as long as customers continue to play their game, they'll continue to do it. This is a friendly reminder not to do business with salesmen (or realtors) that have this kind of passive aggressive approach to business deals. NO CAR OR HOUSE IS WORTH IT. When they act this way before they get your money, how do you think they are going to act after they get your money? Never get in a hurry with big purchases. Take your time, do your research and don't be afraid to test them or outright say NO. Business should be earned, not a given. At the time of this review I've blocked sales manager Zach, two other Reynolds Ford salesmen and their emails.
