I had a wonderful experience here at Reynolds Ford in Norman, OK! I custom ordered a 2022 Mustang GT and they were helpful every step of the way. My car salesman was Angie Klinglesmith and she was amazing. Any questions I had, she'd go above and beyond to find an answer and notify me. She isn't pushy at all and is a wonderful person. My manager was Franco and he was also very helpful when figuring financials once the vehicle arrived. I would recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle at Reynolds!

Office staff greeted us and appeared welcoming. The buying process didn't take very long but it would have been a better experience if the salesman (or another staff member) would have taken the time to inform us of the features on the van. Business office offered extended warranty but were not pushy when it was declined - which was great!

STAY FAR AWAY. These guys are crooks. As soon as we bought our Ford Escape, I immediately felt the transmission slipping. I brought it to the dealership 3 times within the first month of buying it, no one would give me the time of day. They reassured me I had warranties, here we are a year later and now the transmission needs to be completely replaced along with a few other things. Warranties or not, I tried getting out of this immediately after buying it because this issue has been here since buying it. They knew what the were selling me and they are snakes. Stay away from this place. I will never be back.

my first time ever coming to this Cavender Confidence Ford, I took my mustang in for 2 recalls, I had to plan a week ahead for an appointment I arrived early, they made me wait till next week to start and then it took them a week to finish, and then they called me I picked up my car, turns out they forgot to do it, I had to take it the 2nd time and took them all day to install 1 Clip, They made me wait an extra hour before the shuttle driver picked me up even tho we scheduled a pick up at 9AM for 4:45PM pick up they forgot to tell anyone, I ended up being picked up at 6:40PM, I thought I was in A place where I could be "confident" turns out they are closer to a Buy here pay here Lot. If I could put 0 Stars I Would!

I NEVER leave reviews but this definitely needed one. If 0 stars were an option, I'd leave none. I took my wife's used 2016 Ford Explorer that we just purchased for a fuel induction service/ transmission flush/ and vehicle inspection.I dealt with the service manager Shawna. And for reference, I worked in automotive as an assistant service manager for 12 years. In addition to the services, I asked specifically if the plugs needed replaced. She of course said yes, and after I told her not to do the service she proceeded to tell me that Ford would have to do it because those plugs have a problem breaking in Explorers. If you know anything about the automotive industry that it's the plugs on the F150 (2004-2008) that do this. This is not the same design of plug on the 2016 Explorer. I also asked if the rear wiper blade for our Explorer needed changed because it was streaking. She told me the technician looked at it and it probably just needed adjusting (a service which she then tried to sell to me). I looked at it later and the middle of the blade is missing. See the pictures below for reference. $650 for the services I received and I don't feel confident that anything was actually done. If you'll lie about the small things how can I trust that the big things were actually done. So, in addition to information about her in all of these other reviews, if you end up dealing with Shawna, leave (unless you like dealing with know-it-alls who don't have any idea what they're talking about and would rather lie for the money than tell the truth).

If I could give a lower score than one star I would. To start off. This dealership is full of liars and cheats. I highly recommend not going here. They will overcharge and swindle you. I bought a new vehicle from them, and I regret going here. The finance screwed up our trade in and are trying to stick us with the bill. Our brand new vehicle was damaged before purchase and it was ordeal after ordeal to get it fixed. They lost our vehicle multiple times while it was getting fixed. This place is the worst.
