10/10 do not recommend. After this lease is up I'm outta here. Poor communication from staff, maintenance does "emergency maintenance" and then leaves your apartment torn up without so much as an email. So I'm here, after 14 hours in the car rearranging my bedroom at 12:20 am.

This is the worst place not clean dead animals and poop every where poor management they don't care ( Steven)fire alarms always going off when there was ice they didn't salt it for 3 days ... but we pay 1000s to live here lol

Hi I moved from Ireland in early 2017 I have lived here ever since , I love it , the staff both in the office and maintenance staff are great , I have read the other reviews I really think they are very harsh , at nearly 60yrs old I find it quite , clean , in my opinion they are doing a great job , so if you are thinking of moving give it a try .

I've lived at this property for a little over 6 months, and I am absolutely in love. (Other then living on the third floor lol) I love the layout of my apartment and the feel of the community. It is quiet and serene during the day and at night. It is close to everything I need and it makes life so much easier. The office staff is amazing and always answers my questions quickly and professionally. And the maintenance staff, top tier! I will be staying here as long as possible.

I would strongly advise potential tenants to be aware of ongoing heating and cooling issues at this property before committing to a lease. Since moving in, I've had to submit nearly 10 work orders regarding the lack of proper air conditioning and heating in my apartment. Despite this, the issue has not been resolved, and there has been no clear explanation regarding the steps being taken to fix it.Over the past month, maintenance has visited my apartment six times, but no lasting solution has been provided. To make matters worse, I've been left frustrated by the indifference of the maintenance staff, who seems unconcerned about the situation.If you're considering living here, be sure to keep this in mind. It seems that proper attention is not given to tenant complaints, and the lack of professionalism from the maintenance staff only adds to the frustration.If you're looking for a place with responsive management and reliable facilities, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

Absolutely love the pool, and the fact they have valet trash! They also offer in-unit washer/dryers as well! Maintenance is always spot on and they communicate very well! Thank you for all you do.

I have been living at the retreat for about two years. In these two years I have experienced 4 floods, my ac going out twice, multiple appliances constantly breaking down, etc. I used to recommend these apartments to others and that is no longer the case. Maintenance is great!! Truly 10/10 Mick Owens always comes to the rescue. Our first flood was on 12/24/2022 and he was able to help immediately. However, I do not know anyone's name in the office because of how often employees change/leave. The last flood in our original unit was so damaging they had to cut out a foot (12in) out of the wall (I could see through my bedroom to living room) with fans and dehumidifiers that tripled my electric bill! We sat like this for over two weeks while I begged for another unit. Eventually, they were able to accommodate us after the horrible living conditions we endured. Through all of this we gave more chances and renewed our lease. Our mistake. I have requested to move out with notice without having to pay two months rent due to these situations. I have not gotten an answer from management and did not even feel comfortable when I brought this forward originally. I am posting this review not only to warn others but in hopes I will get a better response out of management. Not to mention I notice two floods TODAY (a different building from my floods). I hope IRT can learn from their mistakes and do better.

Leased here 2 years, front office is a disaster, lies, deceit and empty promises to get new leases signed. Dealing runs rampant through the facility. Definitely not a safe enviornment. Do not reccomend. They will forever attempt to collect money they are not owed, with no real customer service to be able to actually solve problems.

The manager Stephen shoff is condescending and will bill you for things that aren't in the lease. The comanager Brandon is a dick as well.

Poorly ran by management. When you move it they give you the "rules" of the grounds which they do not stay on top of. People pile trash in front of their apartments during non trash hours which leaks and stinks. And most annoying is the dog parks and common areas are covered in dog feces since most residents aren't courteous enough to pick up after their pets.
