Reno Animal Hospital

I highly recommend this office. Everyone is friendly and caring. I bring all of my fur babies here. I have two cats and a dog. I've tried other vets and had horrible experiences everywhere I went . These people are outstanding , and the quality of care cannot be beat. Prices are more than reasonable!

Very nice people and the Dr is so polite and good with my Dan. The hospital looked and smelled clean.

The staff members are always welcoming and friendly! No problems here. I highly recommend a visit for any of your fur babies!

Reno Animal Hospital has been caring for my Yorkie now for 13 years. I live in California and the keep me up to speed over the phone and have been great at advising us with keeping the health of our sweet pup all these years. Our Yorkie is so comfortable there and before this past year had never had any health issues. I love that they have taken a conservative approach and for the most part have been very supportive with advising on diet changes that would be good for him. I'm so grateful my dog has somewhere so close to go to for check ins and to help keep him healthy as He is getting older:)

Reno Animal Hospital has been treating both of our dogs for a couple of years now and have been amazing. Our rescue dogs have some health issues which the vet addressed head on and they're both doing well now. They are relatively affordable and have been really helpful in emergencies.

Dr Hunholz and his staff are phenomenal and do an outstanding job taking care of our pets! The waiting area, exam rooms and entire facility are very clean and well cared for! My dogs don't even mind going to see them and they are happy healthy pups thanks to them!!

I love Dr. Hunholz and his staff. I feel comfortable taking my fur babies, Watson and Parker, to see the vet and know they will get the best care possible. Trusting my vet is probably most important on my list. I want to know Watson and Parker are getting the best medical care possible and that we are going with the best option. From yearly check ups and shots to Watson's knee surgery and sudden food allergies, to random sickness, I have taken them to Reno Animal Hospital and been very pleased with the care they receive. The doctor and his staff are also friendly, remember our names, and are pleasant to be around. I never feel rushed and I feel like we are valued as clients. When you call, be prepared to be placed on hold though and don't give up because it's usually not for very long.

I have been taking my pets to Dr. Hunholz for a very long time, maybe 30 years or longer. I have to tell you that I have never had a bad experience at Reno Animal hospital with the exception of the day my 15 year old dog, Hercules, had to be put down. And that day would have been so much worse if not for the kind, exceptional care the Hercules and I received from the entire staff that day. I began to take my pets to them when I lived in Del City and even though I moved to OKC, Moore and now in rural Norman. I appreciate the exceptional care that they offer to pets and pet families enough that I will always continue to take my pets to them for their care. I can assure you that our pets agree. Whenever I asked Hercules, "are you ready to go see Dr. Steve?", he was all in. There is not a better place to take your pets for their care!

My first and last visit. I got there early, completed the paperwork, waited in the examination room for 20 minutes and then took my dog home. The examination room had a sign about the value of the doctors time. Well okay, that should work both ways. If someone would have popped their head into the rom and said the doctor was behind and would be there in a minute, I would have stayed. But no, I consider their behavior rude and unprofessional. I send a lot on my two dogs but Reno Animal Hospital will get non of my money. I hope you give them non of yours. This type of poor customer experience only persists when we put up with it. Let's not.

Such a great place. Took care of our Lola. So grateful for them. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing emergency care.
