Remington Inn

no good at all so I can understand that it was cold and some of the water heaters were having issues but when I walked in the door I informed the gentleman at the counter my pipes had froze and I needed a hot shower. I got a dog from another room no wash towels and when I went to the office I got yelled out by the manager I said numerous times I was not yell at him don't yell at me he continued he said there was no problems until I got there I said so I off the water heaters it was my fault that the dog came in my room and asking for a wash towel was complaining. He said no refunds at awhile he gave me half my money back but had to hand the money to another worker to hand to me.He does not like women who stand up to him. Remington Inn used to be better than this and there is no more horsemen daily discounts.

I've been staying at Remington Inn at 6300 N. Bryant, OKC for approximately 2 yrs. Ur welcomed with a smile by all the staff. Clean rooms, staff is always helpful, clean parking lot, quiet atmosphere, and the owners are really nice people. I'll continue staying at Remington Inn every time I visit OKC.
