Regency Inn

Way to expensive for the type of room. Bugs, Bugs Bugs everywhere in the room. There was a nest of mosquitos under the night table and cockroaches all over the floor. The mattress looked new and no sign of bed bugs. Said in the advertisement it's Covid clean but I would think Covid would want to stay at this Regency Inn. I like curry but this building reeked of it.

One night stay on 8/23/15:Took a chance on this place due to nearby hotels being booked. Felt a bit overpriced (something like $64 with military discount) for what it was. The guy at the front desk when we checked in (around 9pm) was extremely unfriendly and curt, but the room ended up being okay. I'm easily freaked out about bed bugs and the like, so I checked all the sheets and towels the second I entered the room and found nothing.Overall it's pretty much exactly a 3-star place. It's entirely acceptable for what we wanted, which was just a place to sleep during a road trip. We didn't spend longer than 12 hours in the room. The lady at the front desk in the morning when we checked out was the friendliest woman on the planet next to the guy from the night before.

There were no reviews but we took a chance and were pleasantly surprised. The reception was nice, friendly, & quick. Really good, but basic. Inexpensive. It was $65/night when we were there. (6/15) $25 less than the Best Western across the street. Clean. No bad smells. Microwave, fridge. No coffee maker but coffee is available all day in the office. It looks like it was recently refurbished. It looked freshly painted inside & out. They have bar soap & shampoo. Everything you need for a nights stay, but nothing more. Nice reception. They have prepackaged Danish, coffee, cereal, milk & orange juice for breakfast. Denny's is right there.

This hotel was probably one of the worst I've ever stayed, soon as we walked in the room there was baby cockroaches all over the floor and reaked of horrible smell , they also don't do refunds and when we got another room that one smelled even worse and me & at boyfriend had the worst sleep of our life. It was just extremely run down and I would have rather slept in the car everything was just so old and gross. I would recommend any other hotel than something like this. We left soon as we woke up in the morning.

I checked in at 4 am called twice for pricing and checkout was charger 70 dollars n I was supposed to check out the next day but was lied to n when I called to ask about he threatened with call the cops on a guest 3 hours after I checked in bc I wanted to make sure even tho called twice before I checked I want ed to make sure so I didn't need to get up early not to mention I was by bit multiple times I hope not bed bugs n the towels looked like they were mud stained so I left I do not recommend this hotel as front desk is rude n impolite n rooms are not sanitary if anyone know the corporate or anyone above management I'd really appreciate it ty
