Was going to rent a spot and was told we would have a spot on a specific date. The owner then called back a few days later and said someone else wanted to rent the spot and we needed to pay the entire month now. I would never rent from someone that can't keep their word!

I 'll never recommend this place, NO SHOWERS, NO LAUNDRY FACILITY, NO OFFICE EITHER.. I REALLY DON'T KNOW WHERE TO START I GUESS I'LL START HERE.... WE MOVED IN ON OR ABOUT THE 2ND OF August 2019, well Shelly, started in about changing the water hose to a heated hose or wrapping it up for winter it's only August or September but she wanted this by Oct. 10th , got all that done, now in End of September early October this old man came up and he really needs more care then we could do but we started taking care of him and it's been nothing but disrespect from day 1, 1st month. For him to go the store meant 5 to 6 hrs he is that slow. Anyway 5 times a week. Shelly, thought I needed a friend and give me something to do and to be a good neighbor.. Hahaha, She'll be nice for a day or two then becomes your worst nightmare, lie, cheat, what ever it takes to piss you off and say I never said any of that... when yeah she did.. Where we moved to now also knows of this place and said she scams your credit debit card.. If you have a disease like Alzheimer's she'll say that's an EXCUSE... NEVER EVER EVER RENT FROM THIS PLACE.... THIS PLACE NEEDS NO, STARS....

Discriminatory, at best. Wanted to rent a cottage long term. Was willing to pay deposit and 3 month minimum long term lease in advance. Was asked to send over a copy of my driver license, which revealed my weight. I was denied because my weight exceeded the safety maximum on the wooden bunk beds built into the cottage. Offered to sleep on the floor (would use an air mattress), but Shelly wouldn't even return my calls or texts until I asked point blank if I was being denied, to which she finally replied Yes.I understand protecting your property, but when offered a reasonable resolution, you would think a respectable business owner would at least be willing to negotiate, especially with a deposit required. Not Shelly. She is a Discriminatory coward, and after researching reviews, I find that I have dodged a bullet in not having to deal with this poor excuse of a property owner.Too bad. I'll be buying a travel trailer soon, but will steer clear of this clown show.
